I have been trying to refund an order of ponchos for several days You can only email because there is no way to call the company I have requested return information at least 4 times and no one will provide it The return is due in 14 days I am returning the product today and hoping the return address is correct I have canceled the original form of payment and I m filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Insurance Stay far away from this company if you want to save yourself some aggravation

Bought a rain kiss poncho have only worn it a handful of time but I find it makes my clothes under the poncho wet even if not raining the inside of the poncho always feels damp I have written to customer service but no response Total waste of money as I can t wear it - shame as I love it but can t wear it as it makes me and my clothes wet from inside

Rainkiss did not deliver two ponchos does not answer my email request and the amount of EUR 142 20 is not being refunded Worst customer experience ever Update 26 07 2023 2 weeks later still no response no ponchos no refund All communication has been forwarded to Nikki In case my emails go to Rainkiss spam folder the order number is 53421 Update 31 07 2023 The ponchos finally arrived without any communication

Ordered a poncho a month ago and no sign of it Had an email last week saying they had mislaid it but it was now found which causes concern it s not like they are cheap and would ship Monday just gone Have received no tracking information so I contacted them they copy and pasted their reply from last week - which had stated it would have been shipped by now but no I will be cancelling this order- which following other reviews I m sure they will suddenly have shipped it the service for such expensive items is utterly abysmal

Have been struggling with rainkiss to get two ponchos delivered for two months now They finally arrived with a duty and customs bill of over 400 00 twice the price of the two raincoats sent them back hoping to get a refund soon lol pathetic update it s Feb 8th still no promised refund update I did receive the refund and they are sending me a free jacket for all the trouble Thank you Nikki

It has been a month since I placed my order Despite multiple emails from me and a variety of excuses that blame Fedex while Fedex blamed Rainkiss I have no rain poncho and no refund First I was told the poncho was held up in Jamaica NY then Mirabel Airport Quebec then Los Angeles I live in Canada I no longer believe anything I m told or any Fedex links I am sent I will continue to demand a refund

One size fits all is not a true description I m a size 14 and the poncho looked ridiculous on me It was far too big and far too long The rain kiss was lovely and Colour was really nice

This poncho was advertised to me multiple times I was drawn to the practical aspect of it Ladies on their bikes in the rain Thats me Due to my new job about 30 minutes by bike away from my home I decided okay 80 - is a lot of money but if it keeps me dry and comfortable sure Of course I didnt expect to be 100 dry when it rains but at least 60 right The poncho came quickly I think it was during late summer that I ordered and stayed in its package for a while Until the last couple of weeks Whenever it rained I thought great This is what I bought my poncho for But each time I was dissapointed by the way I arrived at my job No matter how I put the poncho on it has a huge flaw No matter how I put it on it rides up and all the water it catches lands on my pants Which results each time in wet jeans socks and shoes when I arrive at work In that way its exactly the same at a 5 - poncho unfortunately If you buy this project for cycling I would advise you to buy some rain pants elsewhere and a good raincoat If you go to festivals this is very nice to wear But its up to you if you want an 80 - poncho on a festival

I really like the design and style of the rain kiss poncho I ordered two ponchos to see which one I like more and I sent one back I have to say The retoure process is the worst customer service I could remember First the package is not made to retoure Then you have to write your retoure number by yourself and write them an mail with the tracking number Then even so it was labeled as without porto you have to pay the porto back by yourself From Berlin to Amsterdam even so I get it delivered by Aachen you pay more then 10 Euro Really this is a way to get no more customers I am not your staff to do all the work for you and really more than 10 Euros for retoure I would prefere to have not ordered at all I would t recommend rainkiss for friends

Honestly when do you need to wear a rain poncho when it s to blustery for an umbrella This poncho doesn t work for windy and rainy weather The hood is way to big even with a hat and other jackets underneath and the wind lifts the poncho up to your hips as the gaps at the side openings are too big too You need to place more snap fasteners there I have pleated the hood down at the back and closed the side openings Tried it today and it s perfect now Love the Japanese blossom design and they weren t helpful but offered a refund even after months of purchase so 2 stars instead of 1
