Christmas gift lost but a new one sent

The poncho I ordered as a christmas gift got lost in the mail I was so sad to hear this but the customer service team kindly offered to send a new one and it arrived in time for the holidays I m so happy this got resolved in time

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service raised a concern about one of the ponchos I bought and got a response from Nikki almost immediately Nikki took immediate action and completely resolved my issue within 3 days The ponchos are excellent quality and really good value for money Extremely pleased and would highly recommend

Stylish and great customer service

I ordered two ponchos for a festival they arrived in three days well packaged There were issues with the ponchos but I contacted Rainkiss immediately and got an answer within a few days offering a replacement at no fee to me I am very satisfied with my experience with them Thank you Nikki and would definitely recommend The ponchos are stylish and we got many compliments They also are roomy enough to have a backpack underneath

Positive experience despite issue

Great customer service having turned what could have been a bad experience in to a very positive one - after a stock count issue at the warehouse meaning my order could not be fulfilled Nikki came to the rescue and despatched an alternative poncho from the Netherlands I m very happy with the speed and the nature in which my issue was dealt with Thank you Nikki keep up the good work

I am In LOVE with my rainkiss coat Your concept styles quality design fit feel look The works As a public transportation commuter I was shopping for a light raincoat that covers my backpack and folds into a pouch Rainkiss completely fulfills those needs and more Recycled bottles Thank you so so much for your creativity

I love my poncho delivery was in time and the support is very courteous

I love this raincoat and the very helpful support-team of Rainkiss The colours are beautiful it is absolutely waterproof good quality and very practical Especially as a mom of a toddler on playgrounds at any weather The backpack stays safe under the poncho too and in case of emergency even the toddler But me still looking cool - Perfect for riding the bicycle too obviously and small to pack I didn t make any negative experience with the delivery and had a exceptional warranty claim one year later which was resolved very courteously Thank you

Exceptional Customer Service Cool Jackets

I had an unfortunate incident arise with my order but couldn t be more grateful for the Rainkiss customer service - it was exceptional can t thank them enough A replacement package was sent to me very quickly The rain jackets themselves are so cool with handy opening for pockets Highly recommend giving the Rainkiss Spotify playlist a listen too Very happy customer
