I bought one of theirs great ponchos as a gift for a birthday No regret it s perfect There was a shipment problem that made me buy another one so I could have it on time But the customer service was very nice and did the refund quickly with no discussion thanks to Nikki -

My initial order was late and the customer service didn t reply on my emails After two weeks I contacted them on Messenger and I was properly compensated for the delay and lack of response Happy customer in the end

This is my 3rd order from Rainkiss and it s very rarely I put a review on trust pilot but I was so impressed with Nikki in customer service that I ve come on here and really surprised to see some of the negative reviews My latest order was for the smiley poncho and bucket hat both received within a few days I realised before I even received them that I had ordered a S M bucket hat in error but as I had a bundle price wasn t sure what to do Nikki sent me the M L one out immediately before I d even received the smaller size It arrived the day after the first parcel and it was on complete trust that I would return the S M one which I have only returned yesterday a week later due to work commitments and not being able to get to the post office Nikki hadn t chased me about this and I am very impressed with both the products and the customer service

Well I absolutely love my poncho it s bright cheerful and covers well It folds up nicely in to a A4 ish size pocket I did have a little problem with a leak along the back neckline but they replied next day and were very helpful I had overall a good experience thank you

So pleased with this purchase Wore it recently at a festival where the rain was absolutely torrential constant for two days this kept me totally dry Lots of people commented on it and it does look great My boyfriend is now going to buy one too

I ordered a raincoat for my dog when it arrived I realised I d ordered a size too big I emailed Rainkiss explaining this and they asked me to send the raincoat back and they sent a smaller one out straight away Great customer service and great quality products

I always hesitate buying from companies who advertise on FB and I couldn t find any reviews on rainkiss but I chanced it because their website seemed genuinely legit I am happy to say that I am now the happy owner of the leopard print raincoat and that I absolutely love it Great quality and style Although it is a neat feature that you can fold it in the inbuilt pocket it is a bit challenging to do so but I guess it will just take a bit of practice It arrived neatly packaged within a few days of me ordering it I bought it a few months back and I am writing this review because I feel raincoat deserves it

Great customer service I have had my Rainkiss for over a year now I m a support worker so I m out in all weather and this is one of the best purchases I ve been gifted My poncho sprung a leak and I emailed customer service to find out if I could waterproof it Nikki was absolutely fantastic a couple of emails and she was sending me a new poncho out No fuss no hassles Amazing as I wasn t looking for a replacement

There was a longer wait than expected but that was due to customs and it got sent back to sender once but all communication was great and they kept me up dated Great quality and I am hoping it does the job and keeps me nice and dry I have to also point out that it is definitely big enough for anybody as I have worked out that if I m on a dog walk I could sit down and become a shelter for my dogs too
