It s HUGE even with my coat underneath

It s HUGE even with my coat underneath I am 5 7 and 155 lbs this could fit someone twice my size It is long and for full coverage needs is good but it s too big to be practical The extra material will wrap around my legs when wet

Is this company a scam

I have no idea what is going on I ordered last week with standard delivery of 3-5 working days So far the thing hasn t even been shipped as far as I know the money was withdrawn almost immediately which isn t exactly legal and now emails go completely unanswered I m kind of in a bind since I ordered the poncho because I needed it for a specific event next week Now I feel like I have been ripped off entirely I wouldn t trust this company again I cannot recommend giving your money to this company

They are working towards improvement

UPDATE 01 08 2023 Rainkiss responded to my emails and issued a refund advising of an administrative oversight a week after review due to lack of resolution for 3 months attempted via customer service as per below I have no product review as I never received the product but I am hopeful that they will do as they say they will and I will see my complementary raincoats one day I placed an order on 30 03 2023 which I have not received I enquired where my order is and was told to check with my local carrier My local carrier identified that the item had not left Europe I m not in Europe and I asked Rainkiss for assistance or a refund but they seem to be ignoring my emails and have not responded

I really wanted to love this and have

I really wanted to love this and have fantasised about buying this expensive poncho for years Finally got it and don t get me wrong I love the recycling aspect and the waterproofing will be useful But this doesn t look like the photos because it is as wrinkled as a walnut Very very wrinkled Wonder how they got it to look so good in the photos Thanks for the reply- I will try your suggestions I did try an iron with steam on low- with a towel on top Then I turned up the heat with the steam and towel but could not get the wrinkles out It will keep me dry though so that s what counts I will try hanging it in the bathroom

Short sleeves not windproof

Got this as a present Nice looking cool design However the one size fits all is not true I m 1 83m 6 ft normally wear a size L The sleeves are too short so my sweater got wet anyway esp on bike rides When it s windy the hood keeps blowing off so more wetness Nice looking fashionable poncho if you re not that tall for drizzly days in the city definitively not suitable for bad weather or outdoor walks bike rides

Delivery was fast and garment is just

Delivery was fast and garment is just as described Really liked the look of it and the size was ok too Took my dog out for a walk for an hour in rain and was happy to finally have a coat that would keep me dry Unfortunately when I took the poncho off I was very wet down my arms and back really disappointed So emailed company straight away and requested a refund They were very quick replying and did offer to replace the poncho I however didn t want to take the chance on another one not working They were brilliant and processed my refund straight away I also didn t have to return the poncho which I will recycle So not sure why my poncho wasn t waterproof and hope it was a one off as this company were very helpful and I still love the look of these garments

Worth the wait

It took a month to receive my orden in Spain but I think I will enjoy my poncho for a long time I love the pattern and I the way it can be kept in its own pocket

Love it

I bought the black polka design and have used it several times walking my dogs in the Swedish autumn weather It keeps me all dry from a 45 min walk in pouring rain The hood stays in place also in windy weather I googled and ordered it through a more local webshop - same price but free shipping

Lovely product - sit tight for delivery

Ordered on 10th July It took one week to receive delivery today which was within their 3-5 working day timeframe I was a bit angsty due to reviews here that it wasn t going to arrive and also because the order tracking link was coming up with nothing even on the day it was delivered But all in all it did arrive and I m thrilled with it Really fab colours and design I used it today on a hike with my kids and it covered up my backpack too so I stayed totally dry in the rain summer in ireland Kids want their own now so I will definitely order again Knocked off a star because of the lack of ability to track

Ordered in the 24th of July

Edit Nikki from Rainkiss sorted this out for me there was a site error and these poncho s were out of stock in the UK and she was inundated with emails She quickly arranged shipment from the NL store Thank you Nikki Turned my experience around I can imagine the error caused a lot of work on your end and I appreciate your swift response Ordered in the 24th of July was told shipping would be 3-5 days Took payment still no confirmation of shipping and no response to emails to customer service I would hope they would be more responsive Unsure if the item will even arrive Disappointing
