The tests when booked do not provide the necessary information to fill in the UK Passenger Locator Form the reference numbers I assume are contained in the kit so makes the kits worthless if as in my example you order for next day delivery and it takes 3 days to get posted Sent a message to their 24 hour support help desk 4 days ago and still awaiting a response Used Randox Health which was efficient cheaper and provided the necessary reference numbers on booking UPDATE Along with the original web based contact form I ve also sent a specific email to their 24 hour support help desk more than 24 hours ago by the way and still waiting Checking spam folders etc but suspect the people responding to these reviews are disconnected with the actual support organisation My review therefore remains the same AVOID as you ll end up with tests that you re unable to use or return It s a total waste of money

Invalid tests late delivery of test kits terrible customer services just another company making money out of a global pandemic
Avoid Rapidtests mis-sold me the wrong type of tests for return to the UK ignored my emails requesting a refund and then sent the tests out anyway 2 days too late One of the many companies rapidly set up February this year company number 13190700 to take advantage of COVID and make a lot of money out of the general public during a pandemic Those in charge should be ashamed particularly as one of the Directors is a doctor The only way you can contact their support team is via online chat and if you re lucky enough to get through to someone it took me over a day of trying they just read from the script and offer zero support There is no formal complaints procedure that you can access as a customer no phone numbers to call clearly just a money making endeavour with no actual care for the safety of the general public

Very Poor Information and Communication
After ordering and paying for the test No invoice available not a real issue but much better if available No booking reference on the order and no instruction on how to get it This as you should know is needed for the passenger locater form that has to be completed prior to return No contact number to request the detail and despite 3 e-mails nothing E-mail of instruction to attain the booking reference number received the day after arrival back in the UK The test I have therefore received is of no use to me I have requested this to be raised as a formal complaint I have also requested a full refund

Dodgy refund policy - avoid
I ordered a lateral flow test with a guaranteed delivery within two working days The kit arrived later and I had to pay for an extra test in a pharmacy just to be able to fly When I asked for a refund the company said I had to send the test back at my expenses in order to have a chance to get a refund This is a complete joke how am I meant to send the test back if I had to fly to another country And even if I could somehow get the test it s not a refund if I have to pay the delivery costs I am glad that all this will soon be ended as more and more country are scraping test rules for travel because these companies have already scammed enough people

Disgraceful service and have reported them to the Department of Health Do not buy from this company you will not receive your tests or results on time with the possibility that you will be breaking the law and face a huge fine due to this cowboy company Just look at the number of negative reviews
