Good value but poor execution

The premise is good and it s a great price however there are conflicting instructions from the email website and test kit This makes it unnecessarily complicated and stressful to do something which should be very straightforward

The website needs to be updated - I ve had 3 vaccines and am fully vaccinated I was asked asked if I d had 0 1 or 2 Different instructions for uploading results on the box and on the email All very confusing Apart from that the service was good

A mixed experience

On the plus side all our tests arrived on time which hasn t happened with other suppliers instructions are easy to follow and they are reasonably priced compared to some rip-offs However I don t see any reason why a pre-departure and day2 tests are sold at different prices as they are exactly the same Also unfortunately when we opened the day 2 tests one box didn t have a test kit code which you need in order to register a result When trying to contact the company about this web chat was answered by a Bot and never got through to anyone real their web contact form was also ignored and then it took a few emails before we got an answer

I order my Antigen Test kit

I order my Antigen Test kit Mon May 30th hoping to receive my test kit by Thurs 2nd June at the latest unfortunately it arrived the Fri 3rd Jun when I departed for sunnier climates In hindsight I should of order it the Fri 27th May However Rapidtests could of had more vision and sent the test kit out 1st class Instead of 2nd class Lessons learned I hope this will help other people when booking their test Regards Shaun Sheep

Although the LFT is easy to do I feel the time allocated for recording information is not enough for someone who is not up to speed with a laptop
