Utterly appalling service do not use They do not send the Reference Numbers for Passenger Locator Form There is no customer service they fail to return emails and yet are quick to take your money I feel that strongly I have written to HM Gov to get this company removed from their approved list of suppliers Disgustingly poorly service and still no contact I had to order from another company who were brilliant and gave them 5 stars Project Screen use them instead

Would have given 0 stars if allowedIt was a nightmare the numbers they gave us didn t work on the passenger locator form so I had to consult google look at examples and made one up I tried ringing emailing and texting to no avail although I did get a reply after I had returned to uk naturally the made up numbers didn t work on the 2 day test so I then had to spend another hour sorting it out They are completely incompetent and I could have missed my trip hope they are better now avoid

Wrong timing I ordered a Day 2 post return to the UK
I ordered a Day 2 post return to the UK rapid test I filled in my trip details- date flight etc I received an email to tell me the Day 2 test won t be dispatched until 8 days after my return to the UK How can you accept an order you know you can t fulfil in the advertised and legally mandated time frame The code did work on the passenger locator form nonethelessThe spam emails are also irritating given the experience above

Hugely overpriced and code not recognised by NHS
These tests are 12 99 each rather than 6 99 for three identical tests sold in Superdrug Furthermore the code on them is not recognised on the NHS website so I can t even log the results as proof at the airport so in fact not even fit for purpose as I was testing so that I could fly to Spain tomorrow So 38 97 instead of 6 99 for 3 tests and not recordable for proof Have been completely ripped-off

Had to pick up from post office as they said they tried to deliver twice but was home both times and they did not Also no clear instructions of how to register to receive certificate No different to any other LFT that I can get for free

An extremely frustrating and annoying process
A long winded tedious and frustrating experience Both my wife and I spent nearly two hours each trying to navigate through all the hoops and hurdles necessary to take these tests and get results The necessary codes aren t where they should be so you end up going back to the beginning all the information supplied before returning to the UK has to be entered again having taken the test etc etc A very user unfriendly process seemingly designed to cause maximum frustration and annoyance We certainly won t be using this company in the future The bland company speak PR nonsense reply from the company does nothing to address the many issues that beset this companies process to achieve a simple test and confirm system From the many negative reviews it still has a long way to go

Late delivery tests no communication
OK to book 2-Day Lateral Flow tests and thankfully Booking References allowed me to complete UK Passenger Locator Form and get home Test ordered 22 10 21 14 35 arrived too late for Day 2 testing but NHS 119 Line said just use anyway not your fault Otherwise would have cancelled and tried to get refund No communication between ordering and despatch on 27th October Company seems to accept orders that can t be fulfilled on time Would not use again Update In response to reply from Rapidtests sorry but e-mails to support went unanswered for days only got a response when already too late

Everything fine smooth service fast issuance of certificate However I had a question which was answered one week later - I expect something different from a n advertised 24 7 support I would be good to explain a bit better the process on the website - e g that people ordering the kit do not necessarily be the same as the ones being tested
