Took our money provided no tour
Bought an advanced ticket showed up 25 minutes early they had closed several hours early with no notice Attempted to reach them no response They took our money did not provide the service and completely ignored any attempt to remedy the situation UPDATE they did respond finally They were unprofessional and dishonest in their response

Uninclusive Attraction
Let me start by saying I couldn t fault the tour the staff were amazing and the person that presented my tour had the right balance of enthusiasm and passion throughout Unfortunately this Tourist attraction seems to care more about small savings then being accessible and inclusive towards its customers and target audience I planned on purchasing a few items from the gift shop but was unable to do so as you ve decided to operate a cashless business this not only excludes customers who use cash as their primary payment method but also hurts your business as your main target audience tourists foreigners are deterred from purchasing due to credit debit card international rates and fees they re charged If you were to be inclusive and accept people s money you d make more money with only a small amount being spent on the cash handling costs Price overpriced for what it is
