Worst experience ever I haven t received my refund after days no way to contact no one no email or whatsapp beeing answered

I am currently attempting to get a refund on my cancellation on my flight for one of their listed reasons The emails are short with little to no information or communication I have asked for where it states in the policy where it will not be honored to no response Update from response Your team did not handle this correctly at all I have yet to be provided with any documentation requested I have yet to be contacted after this review I will keep my one-star review and strongly encourage everyone with ears to avoid your services

Our daughter paid 179 extra for insurance via Refund Protect for four concert tickets - when she tried to get refund and listed as one of the options it was the wrong State - she got an email back immediately saying refund had not been approved It just said reason was not valid Why have it as an option in drop down menu if the reason is not valid There are an enormous amount of reasons why you can t get a refund Please be aware and read terms and conditions as it doesn t cover much So disappointing and money she s earned working part time for ages - now gone

This is such a con Don t bother paying this a waste of time Whilst you need to evidence it s only after when you need it that they really emphasise T Cs and the evidence you require even for an injury that you had over 20 years ago which has resurfaced and in theory no need for a medical note surely your word should be enough Might as well save 20 GBP and just bite the bullet and lose the registration fee A great BIG CON

To Whom It May Concern My name is Emel Demircioglu and I am writing this e-mail in behalf of myself and my husband Cengiz Demircioglu and my daughter Naz Demircioglu On 17 12 2024 my family and I purchased flight tickets from Istanbul to London and London to Istanbul which were on 18 01 2025 and 29 01 2025 These tickets were hundred percent fully refundable We purchased these tickets from budgetair com The online check in number is NGK4YV and the flight number from istanbul to london was W95772 and london to istanbul was W95729 We unfortunately cannot make it to this flight due to my serious urgent health condition which is dorsalgia and I have my doctor s report confirming I cannot fly tomorrow Due to this my husband and my 11 year old daughter cannot fly our total flight cost was 786 20gbp From Hopper the other insurance company I received my immediate refund which was 217 41gbp The rest comes up to 469 79gbp for all three of us I sent my my doctor s report my payment overview and my e-ticket to them I have already filled in your refund form however when I wrote my online check in number your form automatically filled in my name and the total cost that said 194gbp However when we did the same thing for my husband Cengiz Demircioglu and my daughter Naz Demircioglu this automatic information was not filled in I would really appreciate it if you could calculate the total cost and refund me immediately as this is really frustrating to have no phone number or e-mail of yours that can help me Emel DEMIRCIOGLU
