You put someone who is sick thru Hell

You put someone who is sick thru Hell to get a Dr s note and then it took over a 1 2 hour for your site to accept my photos I bought insurance for this purpose and you make the customer go thru hoops to get a refund

When getting refund on international basis you have to email back and forth so they provide a link for international bank payments Maybe improve on that

As I had a ref u ndable ticket went on line Filled in required information as it was approved processed and was told to expect monies back with in two days That is excellent Thankyou Ticketek The on line stuff was a bit tricky but got thru it Was also sent a message thru trust pilot that my refund was approved and I could see details Again thanks Ticketek

I think the request for appraisal should follow the refund payment Not precede it my true level of satisfaction will be determined post receipt of total refund

What s the point of refund insurance if I have to prove that I deserve a refund

I m glad I got it refunded but what s the point of the refund insurance if I have to prove that I deserve to have it refunded If you didn t approve my doctors note does that just mean I paid the insurance for nothing I ideally wouldn t have a stress fracture and cancelling the race is very disappointing so don t really appreciate having to prove it Just let me have my money back if I paid refund insurance That s how it works

The final refund process was smooth and helpful The difficulty in contacting both Ticketek and refundable me Was not so great Over two months after my first refund attempt Countless emails Scouring the internet for phone numbers Only to hear a pre recorded message before the phone hangs up in your ear A bit of face book stalking And threats of class action I finally get in touch with refundable me which actually does have a fairly easy refund process If they choose to listen to you Both Ticketek and refundable me need to do better
