Refund finally
While I am grateful and appreciate receiving the refund the entire process has been very frustrating Firstly Ticketek s lack of response to my request for refund was finally acted on once the Office of Fair Trading intervened Secondly once I was referred to Refundable Me the application form met with many technical problems including failure to submit On at least three occasions I had to submit evidence supporting my claim and I lost count of how many times I provided my bank details If these glitches have been programmed in to deter customers then I m certain they are effective
