Fantastic Property Manager

We are lucky to have a great property manager as tenants Kim Stockley Senior Property Manager is so helpful and supportive when we have needed to contact her or report any issues I find her responsive via email but she has also always been happy to have a phone call when needed I greatly appreciate when Kim has taken some extra time to explain things to me thoroughly and or offer reassurance when I ve needed it We have had a few property managers over the years and she stands out for her efficiency and her caring and friendly manner

The consultants are very friendly and professional I ve interacted with two of them Amanda picked up our query quickly answered all our questions came on time and prepared for the meeting view Another colleague called me in approx two hours after receiving my question about a property accepting dogs It is the first time I have interacted with the Agency and I am impressed

Our property manager is Denise Hurn since moving into our property 3 years ago we have had nothing but the best service We get regular calls to check we are ok and every single maintenance issue has been sorted almost instantly She has been great for us since renting with Romans

Kim Stockley has been my property manager for the past five years She is extremely professional kind and informative keeping me up to date with everything My property is fully managed and it s a very seamless rental due to Kim s expertise and experience All the team at Romans are amazing nothing is to much trouble and thanks to Kim and Sam the letting manager who is also absolutely amazing I have let my property out again after my tenant gave her notice I highly recommend Romans and will continue to have my property managed by them
