Incredible staff My property manager Megan Setchell has always gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues I might have and it s brilliant to see this is not just specific to Megan as Chloe Chikaviro was fantastic when it came out to the checkout process She has taken out all the stress with her efficiency I m gutted to be leaving Romans but unfortunately they don t cover the area I m moving to yet one can only hope soon I d highly recommend renting through Romans and will always choose them where possible

Great experience staff in Caversham

Our contact Chloe from the Caversham office has been fantastic Super helpful and always responds to emails quickly with all the info we need The systems and technology Romans use has made the whole application paperwork process really simple seamless When we did have a technical issue at one stage Chloe went out of her way to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Fantastic Customer Service

We were the buyers so technically not the client but Romans made buying a house the best experience it could possibly be We took their advice on having a mortgage advisor Morgan who was brilliant and was available even on his day off to answer my questions Catherine our move manager was absolutely on it and made the whole process so much easier They really do offer a 5 star service and I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future Well Done

Romans letting agency have been really great and understanding and kept me updated everyday on the progress of our application- Jenna showed us around and she was very friendly and helpful Amanda has also been so prompt with replies Highly recommend

We recently had a valuation with Carl from Romans and he was absolutely brilliant He was knowledgeable regarding the area and came prepared with information specific to our property He was able to provide lots of advice Highly recommend and wouldn t hesitate to go on the market with him in the future
