Great service much needed

Great service The process of getting my retainers was a breeze especially because they replied to the pictures of my impressions within minutes I didn t get it the first time but there was an extra set of putty in the kit which was so useful Also all of the images on the leaflet helped me understand what I was aiming for The retainers themselves fit like a glove I got the 1 5mm and they re just as comfortable as my last ones I m so glad I didn t need to go back to the dentist and I saved so much money for literally the same thing

Really happy with service

My retainer broke and I needed to get one asap and couldn t get a dentist appointment for months so I found Retainer Xpress online and took a chance So glad I did as they had the moulds out to me within 2 days and I was able to send them back and have a new retainer within a week I also had a slight issue where the retainer wasn t fitting properly and they arranged for me to send it back no extra cost and they adjusted it and sent it back The new one fits much better now They re also available via WhatsApp so it was really easy to liaise with them about delivery and issues and to send a video of my problem I was having The customer service was really fantastic and the service itself was great Would definitely recommend

My experience with retainer Xpress has been excellent I ordered two retainers and unfortunately one of the bottom retainers was slightly loose I contacted retainer Xpress and they sent me a new replacement out straight away It was a very smooth process and I d definitely recommend Thanks

Fast efficient excellent service that keep you informed along the way

My original retainers snapped a week or so before Christmas so had to find replacements pretty quickly and knew my dentist would be busy I found Retainer Xpress on Google and read some pretty impressive reviews so went ahead From the outset the service was excellent and informative the kit arrived promptly and because Christmas New Year were coming up I thought it would be a waste of money using the express service Instructions on taking the impression was clear even though I ordered an extra putty I didn t need it I sent it off just before Christmas and retainers arrived straight after New Year fit perfectly I call that excellent service and wouldn t hesitate to recommend or use Retainer Xpress again - thank you so much

Glad I read the reviews and ordered more putties because I needed them But overall I had a great experience The kit came with three different tray sizes and it was really easy to figure out which size was right for me Thank you for replying to my WhatsApp messages so promptly every time Love my retainers and will order from here again next time
