Smashed a pothole going through a Country lane and phoned roadmate just over an hour later they arrived and within 5 minutes tyre changed and I was good to go All over WhatsApp efficient and the price agreed before they arrived No hidden fees and they even had a card machine Result thanks again for the good service on a Sunday bank holiday weekend

Sun 19th May had a flat tyre and needed to get to work Monday morning so I call road mate service spoke to a young lady by the name of Sarah really help she advised me to get a new tyre supply an fitted for 240 which I thought was reasonable and she also advised me driver will be there within 45mins and got to me 15mins earlier than statedAll I can say is amazing services Sarah was friendly and helpful Would recommend road mate services to everyone Thanks guys

Excellent fast roadside tyre replacement

Tyre blow out on way to Dover ferry band heading to festival in Luxembourg my own breakdown company couldn t help and wanted to recover us to a garage I quickly searched Google and made contact with Road Mate who provided price and timescales which they adhered to They had replaced the tyre within the hour and we were on our way I cannot think of anything that could have been improved Instant stress relief top job guys

It s the second time they rescued me

It s the second time they rescued me when I got stranded This time in Coventry and on Sunday evening was not putting my hopes high however Very quick response and I was back on the road with a new tyre 1 hour later The guy even shared his location so I could track his progress Excellent emergency service

Great experience with these guys after a stressful tyre blow out this morning I messaged them on WhatsApp and got an instant reply They had someone out to me within the hour the fitter was professional and polite and I was back on the road quickly

An unexpected puncture miles from home

An unexpected puncture miles from home and no spare onboard due to wheelchair adaptation A HORRIBLE SITUATION TO FIND YOURSELF IN A quick search and call to Roadmate a reassuring voice asking for a WhatsApp location and photo of the tyre A 45 minute arrival is promised 46 minutes later a nice and chatty man arrives in a van and we are away with a new tyre in 10 minutes How fantastic is that

Fast and efficient We had a flat tyre but couldn t change it due to no locking wheel nut It wasn t a problem and they came out within 45 minutes and changed the tyre within 10 minutes Very satisfied and saved a lot of stress

So much better than breakdown service included with my vehicle lease to fix a motorway tyre blow out We were given an arrival time of just an hour from time of booking The mechanic kept us updated on arrival time and ensured he had our live location arrived within the originally stated time and was very friendly and polite We were on our way in less than an hour and a half from confirming the quote Fantastic
