Efficient arrived earlier than expected

The only thing that let them down was communication we were told the night before that the delivery was coming next day and if not home they could charge us for delivery again There was no options for changing delivery not good when your working There was conformation of order straight away and then no more info until we were told about the delivery Ordering was easy delivery expensive but the goods were cheaper than anywhere else we could find The tiles do look real and so much lighter the summer house is looking lovely

The order was good but delivery not so good had email saying Friday 8 till 5 but it didn t come I rang Saturday no answer got through Monday to be told they let roofin no Friday but no one rang to let us no but arrived Monday morning luckily we were at home

Happy with the service and delivery time and quality of the materials It was a bit of a shock to see a 60 delivery charge stuck on at the last minute but apart from that it s all good

The parts ordered were not as per the specification drawing on the website It was not accepted at first that the parts were wrong When it was accepted the parts were collected and a full return given Would have been five stars but for the delay in sorting this out

Came on the day stated almost missed the delivery as popped to shops while awaiting time of delivery but they just turned up
