Rural King sucks

I ordered a gun online that their site claimed was in stock a day after I ordered the gun they emailed me and told me they need me to have my FFL send his info over to them so I immediately had my FFL send his info over a couple hours later the next day they email me and told me they cancelled my order because they no longer have the gun I paid for in stock Seriously screw this company I hope they go out of business We need better companies than this in America

Price Gouging

Absolutely terrible customer service I ordered a Glock from them but accidentally hit an order for two Saw my mistake immediately and phoned them They said they couldn t amend the order but would cancel it and i could reorder Fair enough Order was canceled almost immediately I went to reorder one gun the price had gone up over 100 in the two minutes it took me to put in my new order I contacted them and they said they would look into it Got this response to my first three emails and then they simply stopped replying and ignored all my remaining emails DO NOT SHOP HERE IS MY ADVICE

Rural King bib overalls should be recalled with full refunds offered Three paid bought 3 pairs had fabric rip an inch from the side seam from waist to knee Fabric is simply rotten Rips like they are made of paper towels instead of denim

They doubled the price of shipping on me after I put in my creditcard info and hit submit I contacted them and they agreed this was a mistake but never refunded me the money it was a heavy package so the shipping was heavy too so imaging paying double They also never sent me a confirmation email with my order number or the summary of my purchase

Horrible place to shop Ordered tiller online called to confirm pickup time twice was told both times all was well Got there at time quoted only to find out not only did they NOT have the tiller customer service girls had lied on the phone - they had never checked availability with their assembly crew Wasted 3 hours driving to and from store in Huntsville and 30 gas Bunch of irresponsible liars avoid at all costs They also refused to post my honest review on their website Said it wasn t helpful

Ordered item from corporate with the help of an associate on 4 13 who placed the order for me Received email showing order number and date Called last week 5 18 and was told that there was a glitch in the manuf s system and order NEVER submitted I called manuf and was told the glitch was in Rural King s system Called again today and spoke with another useless person supervisor who looked and said that she received request by the person on 5 18 to cancel the order I NEVER requested the order to be cancelled Supervisor said that I would just have to reorder myself on line again Tried to tell me that associate probably hit the wrong button when requesting supervisor update I think it was done on purpose supervisor said it would not delay shipment from manuf if I just reorder How could it not delay as it was supposed yo to arrive last week Thoroughly fed up with their BS
