Bought an industrial table and bench in December 2021 when we unpacked it it was the wrong colour and my partner who s a welder was shocked at the state of the welding and joints on the legs dangerous splatter was left which cut my finger and it looked like after they had powder coated the legs to a grey finish they then got the grinder on the joints and left it with silver showing through I didn t complain at the time as it was Christmas and I needed it 5 months later and the gaps between the planks have go so big your finger can fit through all planks are sitting at different heights so plates eg rock around not to mention the sap coming through all the knots and this glue residue is impossible to polish off as it s set all over the table When I complained they said I quote Hello Gaps between planks is a normal reaction to how wood reacts to the room temperature Would you be able to loose the screws and press the table top with the mounting clamps RegardsI m sorry but my view is that unseasoned wood was used I spent nearly 800 on this and it s not a joy to sit and eat on and it s not my job to try and fix it Clamps what clamps and why should I it s your job to rectify a faulty product you heard of CUSTOMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 Look it up The aftercare and customer service is absolutely disgusting I really thought the reply was a joke I will be buying a new one from Next Home a credible place to purchase Do not buy anything from these because they don t want to know about problems they only want your money

Do not use a total scamming company who don t deal with complaints I returned the item to have it replaced of which I have an email confirming they would replace returned item Now they are not answering emails Buyers BEWARE DO NOT USE I WISHED I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING

The website does not make it clear enough that this is a made to order product Order took 3 weeks before it was shipped No answer to webchat and very slow answers to emails When it arrived it was filthy and left everything it touched coated in sooty black oily residue The bolt holes were misaliged and its only because I happened to have a spreader that I was able to put it together at all Even now the 4 bolts that hold it together are insufficient to stop it wobbling side to side Also they claim on the website that this is a custom order and therefore not eligible for return This is not true This is one of a range of standard products that they offer Made to order is not the same as custom made and you are entitled to return this There is no obvious reason to make this claim other than to avoid their responsibilities as a retailer Next time I will shop elsewhere

I have sent my shelf back as it was the wrong colour My fault Am happy to receive a refund or replacement but not getting a reply from my messages Replied immediately to my first order

I would not recommend this company not interested if goods are faulty not prepared to take responsibility Ignore emails and hang up phone on you

AVOID Table would not fit through front door and not able to take legs off so returned They refused a refund Wanted to keep 25 plus delivery cost apparently choosing a colour makes it bespoke a LIEIts a scam same table goes to many customers but never delivered Currently taking them to court AVOID

Awful experience Table arrived completely the wrong colour How on earth they couldn t see it was wrong is beyond me Asked to to get it corrected They said if they thought it was the right colour then it would cost 200 to correct it Shouldn t have to pay for their crappy job Clearly don t listen to the customer at all was an absolute nightmare to get hold of them having to chase them every 5 mins I had to strip the table myself Will NEVER buy from the again AVOID

Quite simply THE worst customer experience we have ever received Their communication is extremely poor and we were forever having to chase them The table we recieved was completely the the wrong colour and darker than what we ordered To rectify this issue they wanted 60 for courier to pick up 60 to repaint to the colour if they deemed it the wrong which it was and then another 60 to deliver back to us We should not have to pay 180 for their mistake In the end we did the job ourselves to get the colour they advertised Dealing with this company was a nightmare they stressed my wife out AVOID them completely

Dodgy company I cancelled my order the day after placing it as it would take too long to arrive 2 weeks plus and had it confirmed in writing that they acknowledged this The next thing I know they are sending the order If they had said in the first instance it would be this quick I might not have had to cancel in the first place They said it would take 2 weeks to make then all of sudden it is shipping Tried numerous times to call and query what is going on but no one answers or replies

Disgusting customer service the table came much different colour to advertised photos and came damaged they then said I had to chase the damage up with the courier company contacting the ombudsman now to take action
