Been shopping online in local Sainsbury s In Yarmouth I have always found the staff in store brilliant cheerful happy and always helpful Drivers who deliver online orders to my home and brilliant at there job Always very helpful and keep you informed about subs ect Always has good experience n store and online ect

Very happy shopping at Sainsburys

Very happy shopping at Sainsburys being doing it for nearly 40 years now and having home deliveries for the past four years which are excellent especially now being an OAP and having certain health problems The service is a Godsend and all the drivers are helpful polite and cheerful always Once a week my husband and I visit our local Sainsburys store and the staff there are also friendly and helpful and there is a terrific choice of everything you need in the store Wouldn t shop anywhere else

The service is reliable - except for unforeseen circumstances The delivery drivers are courteous The produce is fresh and of good quality The substitutes are sensible but most or all of the order is available All delivered to your door for a small sum What s not to like

Excellent customer service

This was our first home delivery usually we walk back from the store laden with bags We were delighted when the delivery arrived within the allocated time slot and the young man was very pleasant courteous and helpful

Great service and products

I have returned to home deliveries after several years break and Sainsbury s do it so well There are always lots of slots available for as little as 1 The online store has a huge selection is extremely easy to use and find what you are looking for and if I have to have a substitution it is always a sensible one When you add to this the genuinely nice people who deliver the groceries I m definitely not going to go back to trudging the aisles

I use the home delivery service

I use the home delivery service which has been of great help to me especially during the pandemic The items sent I find are usually good quality and exactly what I ordered This is really very good since I am not personally choosing my fruit and veg etc I am very grateful for the good work of the people working at making up my orders

An exceptional delivery service

Having moved to an apartment recently decided the time had come to on-line shop groceries The concept is so easy and virtually fool-proof So easy to select products option on accepting similar if original not available Also an option on not accepting an item on delivery if not required Without exception the delivery people have been very polite friendly and helpful This is an all-round fantastic service Thank you for being there for us

Love Sainsbury s

Love Sainsbury s The online shopping system is easy to use I get reminders to review my shopping list and of my one hour delivery time The only complaint I have is Use by dates e g strawberries when the date is same day of delivery I think they should be able to tell that my shopping is for one person only by the amount ordered and the amount spent and do they think I can honestly eat a whole box of fruit in one day Sometimes get substitutes but can give them back to the driver so not a problem The delivery people are lovely and extremely helpful Thank you Sainsbury s for a very good service

Really good delivery slots of one hour - so you can plan your day Most items are readily available and any substitutes are notified in advance so you can reject if you wish Any excess charge can be credited to next order Friendly helpful delivery drivers

Clothing anyone

Found what I was looking for almost immediately and then more Everything looked good quality and I seemed to have struck lucky with prices Only problem having to queue to check out Being disabled it s not good going to self checkouts and I found this irritating although checkout lady was friendly a nd helpful
