My latest delivery from Sainsbury s was great as usual There was one substitution but as the item I received was better than the one I ordered as usual I m not complaining Good quality goods and decent shelf life In all the years I have used Sainsnbury s I can honestly say that I can t moan There have been a couple of problems but they were sorted out to my satsifaction with no fuss whatever I will continue to be a loyal customer

On line ordering easy to use with plenty of slots always available Delivery has never been outside of time slot Driver always very helpful and lets you know if anything has been substituted or has short shelf life This is the type of service we like and expect week in week out

Ordering is simple and the range of goods is very wide Out of stocks are rare and the quality is excellent Substitutions don t happen very often and always appropriate Notifications in advance for short codes give the choice to reject Drivers are efficient and friendly

I have had my weekly groceries delivered since the start of covid during since that time I have never been let down On the odd occasion they have been waylaid I have always received a phone call to alert me I have always found the deliverymen and women verypleasant and helpful

My most recent experience was when the computer system crashed and its wasn t possible to have our delivery on the Saturday We were kept informed of events and a day later I was able to rebook my order I received a voucher as compensation I felt it was dealt with well Usually deliveries go without a hitch and the drivers are friendly and helpful a great service

Sainsburys always have plenty of great deals and they are always great to eat There is nothing I can not like about their meals especially their Taste The Difference selection as they are all very tasty

Sainsbury s delivery service is great always on time with cheery and helpful drivers There are very few subsitutions and if there are they are usually sensible and suitable ones unlike one of your competitors who once provided me with a huge marrow when I had ordered one courgette Keep up the excellten work

Sainsburys are a really good Supermarket to shop at in store or on line We have our weekly shop delivered which is a good bookable in advance service If any goods are damaged etc Then you are instantly refunded Very good service at competitive prices

Have been using Sainsbury s home delivery for a few weeks To date have been very impressed with every aspect from ease of ordering to the really helpful and pleasant delivery men We are four flights up with no lift and they bring the shopping up with a smile and never a word of complaint The prices are good and any queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently
