Outstanding Customer Service
Richard at Salt Dog Cycling was a pleasure to deal with and offered his expert advice on a recurring problem I was having in selecting the right shoe to solve hot spots and numbness I had been experiencing whilst riding He advised to go with the Lake CX237 s wide fit option and even though the size was not correct first time he still managed to source the next size up when other retailers were out of stock I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Salt Dog Cycling and Richards personal service is commendable and always contactable should you have any queries or questions It is very difficult to find this level of customer service especially through web sales
