is the only one that tunisians can use as a foreigner I cant use for example trade republic which is a great point a nice Geldanalge not to have your money in a bank account cheers Salem

Great Company but slow in transactions

As a Dutch investor at Scalable I can t share the complaints about customer service I am always assisted quickly fairly and well I enjoy investing on Scalable for it is rather simple and I like the features the app offers through its insights function What I think could really be improved especially when compared to Trade Republic is the time it takes for Scalable Capital to deal with financial deposits and dividend payments For Trade Republic my money deposits go through within the hour Scalable will at least take an entire work day Dividens payments just aren t reliable in terms of transfer of funds it can the day after payment date or a full week These little things might still end up pushing me to a different broker where I do not have to pay for my account to get interest on uninvested money

Scalable Capital service and quality is getting better and better But customer support team s response is sometimes super late which makes customers worried about all their issues After all customers will leave for other brokers I assume this big problem is because man-power there is not enough at all

If you are in to Set and forget style

If you are in to Set and forget style of investment philosophy then SC is right for you I have held back one star as selling etf needs 2 days to get all the money ready to be transferred sans taxes Overall quite satisfied that how easy it is for non Germans to set up SC account

So far so good the app is meant for investing not for trading One important reason I didn t give 5 stars is that you have to pay for the premium option to export your transactions in any format this should be included in the basic version as everyone should be entitled to check their positions and transactions in any form Another reason is that they still have technical glitches here and there mostly in the APP LOGIN screen where it doesn t recognize my fingerprint anymore and I need to go a long way to log in

pros super easy to use nice interface up to date calculates taxes automatically sets alarm super cheap if you use yearly subscription which is really cheap Credit loans also possible cons leverage and shorting is complicated and hard to execute on this broker Crypto experience and choices a bit underwhelming

Pros Overall good for beginers Multiple times in a month the savings option is available Unlimited free transaction with monthly subscription Nice and convinient UI Self tax management Cons Delayed response in problem solving ticket Derivatives price hangs and transaction does not proceed Spread is high comparatively Fro deposit through Bank transfer takes almost 2 days while other broker completes same day

Scalable Capital makes it simple to register and there are numerous other features that are easy to understand However there will always be room for improvement beginners will take longer to comprehend on their own because there is little learning or customer support
