I was looking for a small electric stove style fire and saw this one online It looked just what I wanted with windows to the sides and front and so I ordered it I was a bit worried as I didn t know anything about the company but I had no need to worry as within 3 days the fire arrived Very efficient and kept in touch with progress The fire is simple to install just plug in Simple to use just switch the switches And works wonderfully well very warm or turn down the temperature Just have the flame effect gorgeous With a view all around from the windows And a good price I m really happy with my purchase Thank you
