Satisfaction guaranteed my a You can only return the hoodie if it s never been worn or washed and still has tags The cotton candy colored hoodie had barely any color and even following their washing instructions what little color there was ended up fading The hoodie wasn t any softer than one I bought from walmart Totally dissatisfied and feeling totally ripped off

NOT butter soft and runs small - bad customer service

First off - these hoodies are NOT butter soft as advertised and the sizing is not true to size I received my order and the advertisement said a 25 gift card - but never received that I have tried to contact customer service to check on returning exchanging since the shirts do not fit and run small and have had zero response Very poor customer service and overall a waste of money

I order their great deal of 2 of the butter hoodies for 39 00 on December10 plenty of time to ship for Christmas I have yet to get a tracking or my order and this is after 4 emails to the company There is no phone number to contact them I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the New York Attorney General s office Even companies in China deliver better customer service
