We first marketed our house in April 2023 with Gascoigne Pees - we were perhaps ill advised at the time as our asking price was in hindsight too high for the market conditions Seymours made a subtle approach to us and we decided to switch agents They were definitely more proactive and eventually found us a buyer Seymours we feel better understood the market and worked effectively across their various offices to seek out potential buyers They appear to be the most visible and proactive agent in this area so would definitely recommend them We dealt with Jonny Ryan James Frankie at the Lightwater office - they worked as a team and provided useful and timely feedback

The team at Seymours in Horsell are very professional and provided excellent service from start to finish when selling a house It was a probate sale and was not straightforward but the team provided excellent advice throughout and were very good at keeping us updated at every stage of the sales process

I have no reservations in awarding a 5 star review for Tracey and her team at Seymour s Dealing with the property sale from a distance could have been overwhelming but Tracey ensured the process went extremely smoothly for us She engaged with me at every turn keeping me informed along the way even pointing me in the right direction for house clearance I am so thankful that we engaged Seymour s Thank you Tracey for your kindness and consideration during which could have been an exhausting time
