bought the ninja for my wife and she loves it she has cooked everything from chicken steak chips french fries and casseroles now she wants a ninja cookery book so she can do more meals I just wish the books were more English but its a great machine

Ninja Foodie Grill has made me into a chef

I wanted a Ninja Foodie Grill and had checked out the major retailers in the area but found that it was 20 cheaper through Ninja with free delivery It arrived promptly and has been used daily I have made all sorts -and to be fair I am far from a cook I recently did a steak dinner with baked potatoes for friends and they were amazed that I had made it It was a restaurant quality meal finished with apple puff pockets also done in the foodie I am going to use the dehydration function overnight as I need the grill air fryer at least once a day A Very happy customer

Outstanding support

Bought my shark hoover in July 2017 it broke last week I hadn t activated my 5 year warranty but shark gave it me Then when I spoke to support it became apparent the Hoover was broke because of me Despite this they sent me a new motor out for just postage Great service Outside of me breaking it my hoover has been excellent much better than any others I have had and I m slowly converting my family I can t soeak for anything other than the hoovers but they are in my experience excellent

Great Customer Service

I bought a shark vacuum 3 years I used this vacuum every day because we have dogs it s definitely necessary The hose on the bottom broke last week I called in because it has a 5 year warranty They were very nice I had saved my receipt so I was able to give them all the information they needed They replaced the whole vacuum They told me it could take up to 4 weeks to get the new vacuum I was totally freaking out about that But it was delivered today which is exactly 1 week after I called They definitely have a customer for life

Lift away sorted

My lift away wasn t working and I had bought it over 2 years ago I thought I was outside any guarantee period I rang them and explained and the next day recieved a replacement motor compartment I only paid postage Now I have a brand new lift away Very happy with service I did have to wait 45 mins on phone but worth it
