They ve got serious quality issues
They ve got serious quality issues I got a few shirts from them recently and both of them had their seams coming apart after being worn one day and washed once in a standard cycle Worse was that one of those shirts was a limited edition thing and while they did refund me they told me I could pound sand when it came to getting a replacement for the limited edition shirt

The worst online shop I ve ever encountered There has been supposedly an issue with the delivery of my order Nobody contacted my about resolving it After weeks of email back and forth their reply rate takes days nothing is resolved - they deny refund because I m international customer Bad customer service no will effort to resolve problem Definietly not recommending buying anything in that store

Two keychains with characters on 30 quid after two weeks trash
Two keychains with characters on They wern t inside the acrylic But on it those two key chains are bubbly scratched messes cause the characters were printed on the outside and laminated over After a month and a half waiting they didn t press the character pics between two peices of plastic Just cut out the shapes and slapped their pics on For Thirty GBP Not good enough But you can t review or sent complaints Cause every try they tell you this is the wrong email to sent complaints too

Got a shark entry level robot vac not 3 months later the blower or fan motor stop running It worked very well when it was working Called ONE time and shark took care of me Wow this is how it should be I 100 recommend this company

The Order was fine
Despite Corona the products arrived quickly and undamaged in relation to my place of residence I ordered two jigsaw puzzles one of which unfortunately was missing a piece I reported this and received a reply within 24 hours I would have had the product replaced but unfortunately it was no longer in stock I was then immediately informed by e-mail that I would be reimbursed the costs I understand of course that the company itself is not really to blame for the defective goods such circumstances also occur with larger companies The products themselves were however exactly as described and also the quality is good The customer service was friendly fast and helpful Nothing to complain about so far

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service I recently made an order of a mug and t-shirt but received 2 mugs After emailing the customer service team and confirming the situation with myself and the delivery company they confirmed I could keep the mug and would send out the t-shirt no questions asked and no extra cost All handled by real people no chat bots auto responses or any such anti-consumer practices No complaints at all
