Sharrocks have been very prompt in reminding us of our holiday home insurance They were vey efficient and professional All in all a great service

The renewal quote came through in plenty time this year However when I d taken out the business insurance policy and paid for it I had to chase the policy documents and receipt from another advisor from the same company The 2nd advisor called Maddie was very quick to solve the issue It s so important that we get our policy documents on renewal as some of our suppliers need proof annually in order for us to continue working with them I shouldn t have to chase Sharrocks for the documents I had also asked for an additional quote for home insurance My email was not replied to from the 1st advisor so I have had to go with another company Sharrocks have therefore missed out on a potential sale Maddie has apologised on behalf of the other advisor I would say this company offers good bespoke insurance and that s why we are staying loyal to them as we ve been clients for a number of years However communication can be very poor from certain members of staff I have held off writing a review but in order for the company to move forward there needs to be consistency in the quality of customer service given by the staff

The staffs are polite and acknowledged about the services they provide They deal with requests quotations in an efficient and detailed manner They are available for further explanation and allow time for the customer to review contents

The lady who helped me Lois was very polite and professional Shows the company in a good light They have positive and effective team members

I have arranged my insurance through Sharrocks for several years They look for the best rates every year and are always helpful answering all enquiries promptly

I wasn t quite sure how to pay my renewal So I rang the company up and spoke to a very helpful lady and I was able to renew my insurance over the phone using my Debit card

The advisor Cher-marie Moss was helpful and good at answering my questions and explaining things i didn t understand It was the first time purchaseing this sort of insurance Though I wish the quote was lower it truned out to be very competative

I requested a quote via email after several weeks no response Upon phoning it was confirmed that my request was received and somehow they failed to answer Lady taking the call was helpful and after a few days I got a quote which I accepted as it was in keeping with my neighbours on my holiday home site

Insurance reminder was prompt and informative I had problems with online payment whilst using phone to pay as when I had to verify payment with bank I couldn t get back to original page i ended up using phone and laptop which worked fineMaybe just me Insurance documents came through quickly after payment Good service

I was contacted very quickly after I had put a request for short term insurance on line The lady I spoke to Cher-Marie was very helpful and understanding She clearly explained the two levels of insurance I would have given a 5 star review but I really struggled trying to pay on line I rang back to Cher-Marie and she processed the payment very quickly and efficiently
