Although they are very compedative on price which is very good and thats why i gave the 3 but they add on other items which you dont need and yet they say you must take this extra cover They agree a deal for multiple insurance discount but then the next year they stop it

Cover of my van and its conents

They are very helpful and not a bad cost for insuring the van and contents it would be nice if we were looked after in not having had a claim in 4 years as an individual customer

I didn t like that the fee has just kept going up even thou I have no claims in the last 4 years

Very slow in sending paid for policies through been waiting almost 2 weeks now It appears if staff are on holiday or sick no one picks up their mail

While some of the people manning the

While some of the people manning the phone calls are helpful there are some that really do not have a reasonable telephone manner and I feel that in any work that requires contact with the public one needs to give the caller a feeling of worth Not a bit of a nuisance and not worth putting any animation in their voice A little bit of enthusiasm could actually help them as well as the caller enjoy their day a little more
