Wow what a nice firm Great customer service from Natalie today who beat renewal quote from last year s insurer for my rental property in Brighton and Hove They have been easy to get hold of short wait times on phone and all very pleasant on the phone - patient and helpful with a feeling that nothing is too much bother I m now getting a quote for my other rental from them
