What an absolute shambles
What an absolute shambles I m used to good Disney customer service this is a disgrace Purchased an order over Good Friday weekend Not heard anything since confirmation but that was to be expected as it s a busy time Payment was pending in account so wasn t too worried as long as I got items before Christmas Today I noticed payment has disappeared from account Spent over an hour and a half trying to get through to Disney on phone and live chat everytime I get to position 2 in queue I got kicked off and had to start again This is a disgrace to the Disney name if this is the way Disney is going then I will be done with it You place an order in good faith then nothing No communication no items Will have to assume from other reviews that they are just taking numerous orders for items they don t have Still schocked and discusted didn t expect this treatment form the Disney name Won t be ordering again that s for sure Please only order if you are willing to take your chances on getting your items

Wished I could give ZERO stars ordered
Wished I could give ZERO stars ordered on the october 15th and still not shipped over 70 dollar order I will never order from this site again and probably will not get it until after the event it was needed for All you get it generic response back and different responses one said delays one said they would express ship one said it would be here before Halloween GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE

Gift cards are a scam and they cancel orders 14 days later
Ordered a bunch of items on Black Friday Was told 14 days later that some of my items had sold out they were cancelling a portion of my order Unfortunately I didn t keep the gift card because I assumed my order was fine they sent emails saying everything was fine I have my order numbers address gift card number but don t have the security code to the gift card I spent countless hours with different Disney departments and no one could help me Gift card money straight down the toilet I will not shop on SHOPDISNEY again as it took them way too long to cancel my order they didn t know they didn t have the stock For 2 weeks and I m out of money as a result of it all

Order cancelled today but item is in stock
I placed an order on 12-14-23 for a Disney turtleneck sweater for my wife with a guarantee that the order would arrive by Christmas when I spoke to Denise this morning with the item and size in stock Late this afternoon I received and e-mail saying my order from Shop Disney was cancelled claiming the item was out of stock I called back late this afternoon speaking to Samantha telling her the item is in stock and size at a higher price They are making false promises they cant keep as to no wonder their reviews are bad and they would not let me speak to a supervisor as to why they are losing customers They did not make it right and now I have to look for another gift at very short notice I have lost hope and faith in Shop Disney If they cared about their customers they would make things right I had to contact them because the status of the order showed in process then showed through an e-mail cancelled leaving me hanging since they cant fill the order in time for Christmas with the item in stock They handled this matter very poorly and very unprofessional as well as hard getting to get an honest answer which never happened

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage - took them more than 4 weeks to deliver my stuff - shipped 5 items with orders over the course of weeks Customer service is absolutely useless and I do not even know why they exist They can t cancel nor delay or give even information - you could as well talk to a monkey - would be similarly helpful The last two items marked as delivered - never seen them Shifty f t communication about when stuff has been sent or delivered or anything In my opinion if you delay staff above the given time frame for shipment you should offer a cancellation Total crap all of the experiences

Items in eternal limbo
I ordered two in stock items over two weeks ago I have zero idea what s going on with this new company they use Like others just received generic scripted email replies back Apparently a company can keep your order in limbo for eternity but not allow you to cancel I absolutely will never use Shop Disney again Sad to see a beloved property use such a poor retail service

Absolutely Awful customer service company I ve been waiting 17 DAYS counting now for my order and it hasn t even been dispatched I have not heard anything from you no updates or apologies I feel this is totally unacceptable and very poor customer service Yoy deserve to lose all your customers and hopefully go bust

Poor unfortunate souls
Don t understand why such a high profile company has such terrible customer service Ordered 2 in stock items on 8th November delivery was due to be within 3-5 working days but showed would be delivered by 18th Nov Now 22nd Nov and order still hasn t even been dispatched Emailed them on 17th Nov no response Live chat on 21st Nov and took 3 attempts 2 hours to get through without being cut off to be told I just need to wait Terrible service

No quality assurance
Unlike the former excellence of Disney Parks ShopDisney makes little effort to elevate the customer experience I purchased 6 mystery boxes of villains pins for a makeshift Advent Calendar for my wife I fully expect that there may be a few duplicates as they ARE mystery boxes Mathematically finding a set of 10 different pins of 12 random pins is unlikely HOWEVER Disney clearly did absolutely nothing to randomize the pins that were delivered ALL SIX boxes contained the same two pins This is obnoxious

Absolute joke Ordered a stitch squishmellowOn Black Friday nov 22nd then had the order cancelled on dec 6th Then I was able to re order on the same day at a dearer price I then received another email saying it s been cancelled again Going to have one very unhappy boy
