Please do take action with your seller that use buyer personal info to reach buyer with their own personal use to harrast buyer because not satisfied with the review that i did on her product she called me at night not enough sending offensive message with 2 different numbers whats this Are they allow to this kind of attitude This is missused customer personal info they cant accept buyer comment and they did such things out of norm i paid just to receive this such things i sent report to u please review it n why the live chat suddenly ended the conversation Marien whats her name i didnt finish explain my issue she just ended up i waited from 400 plus waiting list n she did that when its my turn

I used to buy from this platform

I used to buy from this platform but not anymore The seller send me the items I bought but without the accessories but the order pictures has the accessories in the pictures I filed a refund but Shopee decided to side with the seller So no refund for me and I am left with a useless product I vowed not to buy anything more on Shopee after that

To be honest I love shopee and i love buying stuffs online With the right seller you know you ll be a satisfied buyer What s not is their SHOPEE EXPRESS their employees have the worse attitude as a courier and it sucks that they employed people like them They are not fitted for the job argh They will ask the customer if they could meet up somewhere WHEN YOU PAYED FOR A DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY

I have been using shopee for a while and I am quite experienced to avoid buying bad quality products from bad sellers In fact I do enjoy and feel satisfied with my online shopping on this particular online flatform Thing changed until very recently Shopee offers its customers several buit-in-app mini games In order to increase customer s interaction with the games shopee claims to prize those who meet challenges in the game One of the challenges I have participated recently which 10 days after the event was over but they have yet to make public the list of winners which I do have reason to believe that I am in I ask for support and clarification from Shopee agent The 1st agent surely confirmed that because I only won 1 challenge therefore I was not on the list However after I showed them the evidence proving the otherwise they promise to solve the issue after 2-3 working day And so far it has been 10 days And I have been working with 7 different agents When each agent failed to adress the problem they repeatedly forward the same message promising to resolve it after 2-3 days The process seems endless thus going nowhere My real purpose of filing the complaint is not winning the prize I just want to see whether their prizes they post are real or just a strategic way to advertise their service I will update new news Btw the shopee platform I am using is in Vietnam

Read some of the reviews about Shopee Malaysia I don t think that Malaysian Shopee is that worst like most of these people said in the comment section but I do hear about some packaging used or missing so far I am using shopee it s alright and delivered safely The only thing I still got the problem with shopee is the courier can t blame the shopee at all since the people in the courier department are kinda a bit ass sometimes but so far it s all good 3 start though

1 slow refund

Since Shopee started I ve purchased many items via their website I ve also used several other platforms for online purchases including the well know sites - Lazada Aliexpress DX Bangood Taobao Amazon Usually for a purchase I will check a couple of sites and for more expensive purchase also use one of the price comparison websites such as iprice or price panda generally I find the best offering is found on Shopee I rarely use Taobao as I can t read Chinese I ve had a couple of disputes with sellers on Shopee that have ended up with Shopee customer service - wrong description of items by sellers I found that when the complaint was clear stated Shopee was quick to resolve the cases I also find Shopee s website easier to use than most of their competition s - there are things that could be improved such as the chance to update a review after an extended period rather than the 7 day limit To end a lot of the complaints I read regarding online shopping websites seem to be misunderstanding by the buyer not reading the product descriptions not being familiar with the complaints procedure etc
