I bought a costume last july 2021

I bought a costume last july 2021 it didn t arrive to me i tried to have a full refund and at today i am still waiting for that They continue to tell me it will arrive it s shameful

This place is a joke truly I needed to purchase a bear costume for a project and they had a great bear so it seemed Before ordering I told them the date I needed it and they promised several times no problem not to worry no stress etc The item arrived 2days late making it unuseable but it didnt really matter as the costume I received was a complete joke NOTHING like the costume on their site at all Their response We tried our best to make it for you meaning they are trying to clone someone elses product IN asking for a full reimb return they said they could if I paid the shipping back Mind you it shipped from CHINA vs the US where they said it was in stock and able to ship from the US EVERY step of this process was completely miserable and they are noting but liars selling knockoff crap that isnt even a shadow of the product they are claiming to sell AVOID AVOID AVOID Oh - if shopping around Shop Mascot is exactly the same company as MascotPro where the exact thing happened ultimately with the same customer support person

Do not buy from this company I spent a fortune on a hulk mascot and when it arrived it was blue Nothing at all like the picture and really had quality with numerous faults Majorly falsely advertised Customer service was awful and I ve had to go through PayPal for a refund and I m expected to pay the return shipping too It s disgusting they are doing this to people

Misleading they use pictures of professional mascots to advertise then they try to reproduce Doesn t look like the picture and very poor quality They will offer you a refund but you have to pay shipping We had an estimated shipping cost of 130 After several back and forth emails they finally gave me a 50 refund but only after we told them it was clear they falsely advertised We are hoping to take the head to someone who can fix it for us where it looks something remotely close to what we thought we were ordering Don t waste your money with this company

I d give them no stars if I could Currently down 400 the item they sent is not the item in the pictures Tried contacting them and they refuse to refund postage and return postage cost which will be over 200 by the time we ve returned it If you re thinking of giving them a try at least pay through PayPal so that you ve got some protection I ve just raised a dispute with them and they ve been brilliant
