I order bag off these they send me 2 tracking number and both say errors I contact them 14 time about this they are refuses full refund high recommend none used this PajamasBuy company big scammer I have now ask PayPal get my money back from now Please check out website before you buy anything

RUN FOR THE HILLS You know the saying if something seems to be too good to be true Well that s the case with this company I cannot underscore the other negative reviews enough Bought Family Christmas Pajamas Was later told they wouldn t arrive by Christmas and asked if I wanted a refund I DID Didn t get the pjs until January 5th No refund No return slip No address listed to return Check the company s website You ll find NO phone number or return address Don t get stuck

Disappointed

Ordered an Elmo costume on Oct 5 for my daughter The tracking information says that the shipment arrived at facility on Oct8 and departed facility to service provider on October 8 It is October 19 and I have not received the package Now after reading all the bad reviews about sizing I am guessing that I am going to receive the wrong size I have on stressed out little girl who just wants her costume Lesson learned

If it wasn t more hassle and money I would be suing them DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I didn t listen to other reviews and now I ve been fighting them for 4 months

If I could give less I would It says on the sight that it s free returns for items that are damaged etc my item arrived damaged and not as described When I sent them evidence they agreed and then proceeded to get me to pay for the postage despite what they say on the website or offer me 10 and keep the unusable items I spent about 60 here They ignore EVERYTHING I say use a generic copy and paste to reply to me they have been rude and patronising alongside these scripted replies they BLACKMAILED and gave ULTIMATUMS I caught legal advice but because they are from China despite having literally selling me faulty goods and items not as described they ended up refusing the take responsibility the longer I took this Now they are IGNORING all my messages when I ve been trying to sort getting their items to them and are REFUSING to give me my money back for the faulty and unusable I m also positive the wig is flammable - I cosplay professionally item In other words they have STOLEN my money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I didn t listen to everyone else who said this and if it wasn t going to be more hassle and money to bring it to court I would be suing them I have been fighting this case for literally four months

Fraudulent company Do not use They take your money charge extra for express delivery and never deliver and do not resolve complaints Trying to resolve through the bank now Should of looked here before ordering and feel a bit silly now First time writing a negative review but feel I need to warn others

You Will Never See Your Jammies or Money Again

Recently purchased a set of matching jammies Well By recently I mean two months ago They never came I never received any sort of confirmation Any time I ve tried to contact customer support I got no email back But you bet your butt that the charge to my credit card went through immediately

Pretty much the same thing everything everyone else is saying I ordered from them chose express shipping One week later and the item hasn t even shipped Customer service relays the same message over and over again without any explanation I requested a refund and they will only give me a 50 refund mind you now they didn t do anything
