Order did not arrive Contacted and resent efficiently via tracked post While this is not a reflection of the product received still not a great experience

Good website and delivered on spec and on time However felt it was expensive for what I actually got and for the size of plate

Swedish company - delivery delayed

the sign is fine but I had no idea until the order was placed that the product was coming from Sweden and that the priority delivery paid for arrived too late More transparency please

Quality is good

Quality is good However I think the price was ridiculous for the size of it and have since found bigger ones only 5 dearer than this one for a pair

The quality of the signs was fine but

The website feature works well The quality of the signs was fine However they were delivered in flat sheets which were not cut properly meaning due to time constraints could not send back Hence I had to physically try and cut each sign out of the sheet with a scalpel - not easy dangerous and ending up with not a brilliant product

Beware of damage during installation

I ordered an acrylic sign which was not cheap Whilst the quality is superficially good the rear of the sign is very prone to damage against a rough wall during installation - as I found out the hard way despite taking reasonable care I would have expected the rear of the sign to be more robust

Dispatched my banner on the 18th May

Dispatched my banner on the 18th May which was delivered by Royal mail letters And it took approx 23days to arrive There was no tracking system with this type of delivery Slight black marks on the white of banner but not enough to return it as it will be high up and not noticeable from a distance

Value for money

Whilst the company were quick in completing and delivery and the item was tidy I asked for wooden background and expected my choice of timber to be at least a quarter inch thick Which would reflect the price Instead the timber was thin and at best plywood In addition my design requirement sent as visual aid had just been printed off and glued on I expected carved engraved into the timber - I guess plywood is too thin for that

Very disappointed

Very disappointed Whilst sign nicely written the size smaller than an old fashioned matchbox certainly did not justify cost or p p Own fault for not taking more notice of sizing but would not recommend nor order again

Used this company for the first

Used this company for the first time The website worked very well The designing of the sign ordering payment was straightforward What I felt let the order down was 10 days waiting for the sign to be deliverd
