The sign arrived eventually after waiting over four weeks but before I could receive it I had to pay an extra 18 59 in customs tax and postage costs to Royal Mail which I had not expected The sign itself is fine though if not a bit expensive I would not use again

I placed an order on 1st March My order stated delivery would be 5-8 business days On the 15th March I rang to say the order had not arrived I was told that the items had been despatched on 3rd March but they didn t know where the order was now They put the order through again and delivery this time was 3-5 business days Still waiting

My item has not arrived after the initial order was lost The item was resent but after 11 further days it s still not here - UPDATE - it has arrived but for 7 days there was no update from the courier whatsoever I gave up - it took me a month to get my sign

The words were not centered so it looks odd but it was too far to send back but would have been so easy to get it right whoever let it go must not care as it s so easy to see it is not right to be far they offered to send a replacement but for such a low cost item I said don t worry but good customer service

Not a great product

My order still hasn t arrived Order was placed and paid for 18 days ago Edit Order took quite a while to arrive The product is ok A little smaller and the text is not as sharp as expected I don t think its worth the price I ll keep it on my wall temporarily but it ll be replaced soon I regret spending 50 on this

Could be better

The instructions with the stickers Are difficult to interpret The video is different to the instructions and is not reflective of the true process I found the lettering difficult to apply due to the layers not doing as supposed Consequently the end result was disappointing

The order didn t cost much which is

The order didn t cost much which is great it was a sign sticker with my companies name on it it was delivered on time However the quality of the image was terrible it was pixilated and looked blurry I understand that might have been partly to do with the image I uploaded and the change to their printing format But there was no contact to say it was pixilated and blurry i would have tried a different format or size for them

Disappointed

The first decals that I ordered had a white background instead of transparent The replacements that were sent to me had a translucent background and not transparent I was unable to use these and so I m very disappointed 2 small decals of 12 letters that made 4 words on each decal I found somebody else to do them instead 11 40 out of pocket However the company have since offered to resolve the issue

I was under the impression that I was ordering a sign produced within the UK BUT was then requested to complete forms for import that were extremely confusing I think your site SHOULD INDICATE THAT THE PRODUCT IS IMPORTEDI ve just gone on your website Signomatic co UK NOT TOO SURE WHERE YOU STATE YOU ARE INSWEDEN

Poor quality product

Website is easy to use and design process was excellent Unfortunately when the product was delivered the quality was disappointing The laser etching was uneven and the edges of the sign were rough and poorly finished I cannot use the sign for its intended purpose as it does not look good enough
