the signage arrived days too late

the signage arrived after the date they were needed which was three days after the latest date given for them to arrive so non professional signs were hurriedly made and when the signs arrived after the date they were put in the bin very disapointing

Average quality painfully slow processing and delivery Not the service you would expect at this high price point much better suppliers around

Avoid

1 They keep sending payment reminders for orders we have never ordered 2 It took more than 2 weeks to get 30 plastic tags 3 They take ages to reply to emails and don t reply accurately

I was being generous giving 1 star website is very misleading I asked for a gate sign and received a miniature smaller than a badge useless thing that was overly priced

Avoid signs are tiny very misleading they know there is a problem with this and have failed to fix it I ended up on there site through an advertisement which seems to have a different set up from there main online tool

Never got my order

Placed my order and waited waited some more waited a lot more Emailed company regarding where my product was It s coming they said but would not give a tracking number Waited 3-1 2 weeks emailed again saying I wanted refund This company is full of B S all I got was the run around If I could give zero stars I would You asked ME for details so you can investigate Why don t YOU look up the details and investigate That might be part of your problem-pure laziness No I will not furnish details to you I will never use your company again do I do not care for further contact with you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have ordered a whiteboard strong magnets for our IPU unit They were not the cheapest but I trusted the trust pilot reviews Unfortunately when I received the product I was so disappointed with the quality of it first of all the product was NOT what I wanted and not what I ordered It looked cheap and not functional I tried calling them the number they Provided on their website for urgent matters Unfortunately no one is answering my phone call An automatic recording keeps saying you are currently number one in the que but no answer It makes me think that this is a scam but I will not pay until I reach them and until I get the right product from them For now PLEASE AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Easy to set up and design what i wanted Received it it is an oval design with the name Duggie inside The writing of the name is good but the oval has been trimmed too short on the left hand side and the bottom This was for a friends old trusty Rav 4 car for Xmas i can t give it to him as it just looks bloody crap to be honest and i am over 6 down Very disappointed and i won t be using Signomatic again sadly as i have lots of other ideas for the future Can t understand why you would send it to me incomplete unless you just don t care and the money is more important Do you have a quality control department this is basic
