AVOID

AVOID Very misleading company and scammers I ordered 2 signs which were done through a self design tool I ordered a 40x30 and a 70x50 which looked like a really good deal The signs arrived and were not much bigger than a postage stamp They trick you by eliminating the Millimetres and Centimetres from the design tool so you assume you re getting a larger sign until it arrives and the order is emailed to you with the correct dimensions by which time it s too late They have your money and the order is placed The online order design tool has now changed so it actually shows the Millimetres beside the size chart Nobody will purchase the signs now as they are far too expensive It s ok though because they have made thousands of pounds out of the misleading scam AVOID

logo printed incorrectly then they engorged all my many emails to try and get it sorted they finally replied after I opened a Paypal grievance terrible never again plus the are listed as a co uk but are not in the uk

3-5 business days is a lie

3-5 business days is a lie Ordered my vinyl s on 19th September and still not arrived on 1st October Only ordered from this company as it said they would be delivered on time

Not cheap if never delivered

Not really a UK company despite a co uk URL Order never arrived so was forced to buy an alternative from a genuine UK based company as had deadlines to meet so couldn t wait for a replacement Its not cheap if its never delivered

ONLY ORDER IF YOU NEED IT 3 WEEKS TIME OR NOT AT ALL

Ordered a sign from them and paid extra for trackable DHL delivery Order was classed as ready to be delivered on their website and stayed like that for 4 days spent 1 day as in progress Contacted them on the 5th day as I had yet to recieve a tracking number as the parcel was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 working days and was shortly sent to me 7 workinh days since ordering DHL are saying they have not had any scans and that they have only received the package information Attempted to contact them over several days and jave uet been able to get a reply via email or get through to someone The purpose which the sign was required for has now gone and now cant use it for another couple of weeks still haven t received it 7 days later

Beware of this company

I purchased a name badge online which was delivered fairly promptly They didn t take payment at the time and didn t send me email reminders regarding outstanding payment Instead they sent reminder by post imposing short period of time to make payment By the time I received these notices the payment was overdue and they had referred it to external debt collectors This was just a few short weeks after the original purchase and are now seeking more in interest and collection costs than the cost of the item The item itself is of average quality nothing special Their approach to debt recovery seems completely disproportionate

Never Arrived

Placed an order 16 November When I queried where it was at the end of November I was told it was dispatched on 24 November and delays were blamed on Royal Mail strikes so it may be early December before it arrived It never did and of course too late for a replacement to arrive before Christmas now so left sourcing a UK alternative Looking at other reviews they do seem to blame Royal Mail for losing a lot of orders 1st time around N B Signomatic are a Swedish company despite the co uk website

Appalling delivery

Delivery was out by day which meant that I wasted two days of my time waiting for the delivery But what was wrong for Signomatic Well my complaint was met by the cop out response We are not responsible for the delivery You blamed the situation entirely on your delivery Company I have to point out that Signomatic contract a delivery Company delivery cost me 11 and to waste two days of my valuable time is NOT acceptable It is YOUR problem and I shan t be using Signomatic again to emphasise the point Delivery was assured by end of play on day x - it didn t arrive until day y - I waited until 8 o clock at night because you told me by end of play

RIPPED OFF

I ordered magnetic door signs In the description it says that they can come off at high speed so they are definitely for car doors unfortunately the design tool is in mm not cm which I didn t even consider they would do in mm so I got 6 x door signs not even the size of a bank card ripped off 35 00

Ordered 27 21 24 and still awaiting

Ordered 27 21 24 and still awaiting delivery asked to do a review today on the product won t be easy since it hasn t arrived yet
