They promise 1 year return period Shipment is from US invoice is from US but they want me to return the product to Denmark You can buy 19 return label or pay 40 for small USPS flat rate box Probably ok for an expensive purchase but not worth otherwise I will not buy from them again I should have done my research beforehand

Skatepro double dip on shipping at your cost

Skatepro came through with a great scooter for my son total 170 However 4 months after delivery I get a bill from FedEx for an additional 70 delivery fee Skatepro don t calculate taxes and shipping for you even though I paid 29 shipping fee to skatepro Buyer beware find an alternative supplier that doesn t double dip on shipping which double the price of your goods

Skatepro ca is masquerading as a Canadian company Shipping is very long with custom fees in Canada It ends up being about 20 more expensive than other companies Products have been so far good but shipping delays and customs make it a painfull experience The reason we buy from Canadian website is to avoid delays shipping and customs Stop misleading customers

Incompetent at best

Incompetent at best but most likely fraudulent Long-story short - ordered products in early April as of June 22nd they still have not been delivered but of course my credit card has been charged Very concerning patterns of fraud emerging - Strange shipping notifications- Telephone hours don t actually work- Email response time continually increasing- Unsolicited store credits being issued- Vague refund communications with shipping locations in wrong countriesThis all appears to be an effort to delay enforcement and capture as much money as possible

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE I spent 43 on Knee pads that split within 1 month of buying Customer services will not accept that they should last longer than this and when challenged they said he had worn them excessively At most that is 30 times this month I was told that this is wear and tear and there is nothing they can do about it I explained the last ones we had lasted 2 years and they shrugged it off I would expect more than a months worth of wear out of them They told me to go and complain to the ombudsman They do not wish to replace repair or refund items that are not fit for purpose or are of poor quality like the knee pads they sent The manager who spoke to me was not interested in anything I had to say and told me that I was wrong and the product was not to blame

Ordered half of a custom setup for a bike ended up having to cancel due to everything being stuck in Germany for over 2 weeks Company took quite awhile to respond to me whenever I did decide to reach out to check up on my costly order even then they had no idea when I might receive it Definitely would recommend taking your business to Source BMX or somewhere along those lines as they will have everything shipped to you in the given time 100 a waste of my time

DONT BUY FROM THEM once they have your money that s it absolutely terrible customer service got my sons bike in October 600 after a few rides pedal cracked and keeps falling off emailed them 6 times sent pictures nothing tried calling them no one answers or gets back to you wish i had gone to Halfords absolutely rubbish

Terrible returns system non-existent customer service

Absolute nightmare trying to return a wetsuit that didn t fit The online returns system is buggy and just gave error messages instead of printing a return label customs form etc Have emailed them three times in the last five days asking them to help me return the item but being ignored Would never buy anything from Skatepro again

This company wrote if order by a specific date on their web site you will receive it by Christmas They didn t even ship it 6 days later still not shipped They are not Canadian they are from Denmark This company is about getting your money not providing you with an honest service Incoming excuse from company
