I would love to say the customer service is fantastic problem with order but was sorted straight away and by very helpful chap

I have received a full refund for the wrong size they have shipped It has taken some time but it s understandable during the pandemic Thank You

Shipped my order very fast and had quick email response I ordered some Tilt Stage 3 wheels that the site had listed as 120x30mm in the specs and even the description said it was the wider 30mm wheels After I purchased I noticed it said in small letters 110mm under the picture and I emailed them about it they told me I ordered the wrong wheels and these were 110x30mm I was ok with this since I mostly just wanted the 30mm width but when I got them they were 110x24mm I can still use them but they need to make sure the site has the correct info

So first up yes it s disappointing to feel misled by the web address It is not UK based so factor in delivery times My item was not received in time for Xmas also disappointing But to give them their dues they did say 22 to 29 December and it arrived on the 29th No good to me late but when I emailed to say I d be returning it for a refund the customer service team got straight back to me and said if I d like to keep it they would refund the delivery charge Returning would be a real hassle and so this was appreciated Had the item been more expensive I would have been a bit annoyed as customer service did say there was no return label available at present which seems a bit suspect As if they might make refunds a little difficult but overall my experience has been good Item arrived well packaged and in perfect condition Would use again if not in a hurry

Let s be honest you think the company is super shady because it s not in the USA I ordered some skates from SkatePro and it took about a month to get to me they are based in Denmark and I live in Hawai i everything takes forever to get here it wasn t SkatePros fault they sent the order out the very next day The shipping was just slow SkatePro did what they could Im super stoked on the skates I got I even saved 50 USD from every other site I just want to return the favor this company its legit and I will order again from them Highly recommend

Great shoes except when I removed the toe stopper to put in a toe guard I couldn t screw it back in because the nut Inside was broken It wasn t at all attached like on the other skate so the screw wouldn t go in since it couldn t fit in straight I ll have to figure out how to fix it myself or get it repaired I d get a replacement but i had already waited almost a month and a half to get these skates after ordering a size too small before

How to calculate taxes when importing goods to USA through SkatePro I am considering ordering nordic skis from Skatepro but I am looking for feedback from past customers on what their experiences have been - did you get hit with high import taxes when your goods arrived I m basically wondering if there is a catch because right now the price seems too good to be true Thanks in advance for your help
