After reading the reviews here I admit I was a little on the nervous side to place an order But I did ordering some Inline Skates a Skateboard and some pads on Tuesday night and all were delivered on the following Friday Detailed order tracking great communication will definitely be buying from SkatePro again with no hesitation Thanks for the faultless service

Ordered protection pads last week and came just today Received emails about the progress of my parcel during the week and can t complain Only issue I encountered is wrong fitting of woman s protection pads for knees however it s due to my overlook in sizing and kinda huge knees anyways so overall I m happy with this company Will order again from them Edit About a week ago ordered K2 inline skates I was happy they had big sizes Took about a week to receive them and they were in great condition I deffo recommend buying from them when it comes to skates

Great company to deal with

We ordered cross-country ski boots on Sunday Nov 29 and they arrived yesterday Dec 4 3 days early That s a 6 600 km journey in about 5 days Very impressed with the customer service Product was exactly as advertised We will definitely order from this company again

BMX purchase and return - excellent

I purchased a BMX bike from SkateProUK which arrived perfectly however after approx 4 weeks I requested to return the same as the frame size wasn t quite right for me Communication via email was clear polite and helpful The return processed and as the product was returned with good care and packaging and communication not only a full refund was given but also a gesture of 20 for doing so There are mixed reviews on here but ultimately returning a product has to be as it was received and they clearly are as a company appreciating it if you do I would purchase from them again once I can Thanks Mike

Ordered 2 pairs of skates for myself and my daughter 5 Skates arrived within 5 days We have now joined my older two children 13 7 on daily skating Very fast confirmation and delivery Would definitely recommend

This is an excellent company to buy

This is an excellent company to buy from I bought my husband a coat for Xmas it took around 2 weeks to arrive from denmark but the tracking was brilliant Unfortunately I didn t order one big enough so it had to be returned This was very simple you just buy a label from skate pro and take it to ups Full refund recieved and no quibble Will definitely be ordering from them again

No problems Reliable company

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews Maybe people just dont have the common sense to look where the company is located lol I didn t have to get a hold of customer service so I don t know about that but I ordered a bmx frame which took 7 days to get here understandable given it s coming from Denmark Came just as described with no damage I did get hit with an international shipping fee but once again that s pretty normal This was the only place that had this frame and overall I am very happy with it Overall no complaints

I just ordered and received my cross country skis quite quickly considering they ship from Denmark I m very happy with the skis and bindings that were installed The skis are stylish and arrived in perfect condition I m very happy with the service and product and I ll definitely keep them in mind if I have future purchases for cross country equipment

Fantastic Customer Service

I ordered two pairs of skates but had big problems with DPD delivering my parcel SkatePro customer service responded incredibly quickly when I contacted them about this even though it was Sunday evening and arranged for a new parcel to be sent by a different courier This parcel arrived very quickly My account was also credited with 11 Overall very impressed with this site
