Skybags outsourced my belongings to DHL
Skybags outsourced my belongings to DHL then washed their hands of the matter It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my belongings The delays have been due to DHL error not customs yet skybags washes their hands of the situation and worse I have been charged huge storage fees due the delays These items were for my children as we have been trapped overseas during the pandemic Skybags have shown zero responsibility leaving me to endure the daily stress for a month of trying to sort things out with DHL They should not take peoples money if they are going to outsource delivery and then blame issues on customs when clearly the issues are due to DHL Currently my bags have cleared customs and I have still not received them yet skybags fobs me off saying it s a customs issues This shows a lack of understanding of the business they are involved in All the errors made were not related to the pandemic and were down to poor customer service lack of understanding of the business and negligence Terrible customer service I would avoid them and be advising others to do the sameLack of research over customs rules has had nothing to do with the errors and delays As there response shows I have still not received my goods and they have not done anything to sort this out If I email info skybags I get no response and they have washed their hands of the matter
