You Do Get What You Pay For

The thing I really noticed about this company was their excellent customer service I was served in store by Tatiana but I also spoke to several members of the customer service team via whatsapp All of them were excessively helpful Tatiana went out of her way to get me a good deal and did an amazing product demo The whatsapp team always responded the same day made sure that any questions issues were addressed and it felt like I was talking to a real person rather than a rushed call centre staff Some of the products from this company are a little pricey but they are of great quality and I still feel like a got a great deal at the end of the day

i ve had a massage chair for over 3 yers now and needed a part replacing that had broken Excellent after sales service and speedy repair under the 5 year warranty Great product excellent after sales service and lovely staff from my initial telephone contact to the delivery guys Thank you

Amani Stitch Sofa Bed in amber absolutely one of the best on the market Seat height is great 19 comfort is great I got medium firmness Chico and Fabrizio were great with the delivery and I can t fault the service from start to finish Absolutely love it

Al Aaron Bobbie arrived nice and early Completed the job professionally and with little fuss Great advice which I ve passed onto my daughter Highly recommended this team of polite young maintenance repair men

Quick sensible delivery

Would have preferred to have bought the Shiatsu CX pillow from the sleep8 store in Stratford They didn t have it in stock so ordered online Took about a week for memory foam pillow to be delivered Was surprised by how large the packaging was but then realized how sensible this was to ensure the contents weren t damaged

Outstanding Customer Service and Support

I had an excellent experience at this store The customer service team was incredibly attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed The staff was knowledgeable and efficient and the entire process was seamless It s rare to find such genuine support and care these days I highly recommend this place for its outstanding service and professionalism

Excellent delivery and bed Arrived damaged but was given a replacement

Dayle Steve Jack were quick to deliver efficient You get text message sent prior to arrival too Top workHowever product arrived damaged on the frame with chips damaged paint work scratched marks waiting to hear how to resolve this bit disappointed otherwise bed is lovely Update 1 Sleep8 has kindly contacted me about the damage and has offered partial refund or replacement we have chose the replacement and will be due in 2 weeks Update 2 After 6 weeks from the date of delivery I got the replacement frame Very happy with it same fitters that came around the first time

I spoke with Rebecca Sulisufi in customer services on the 9th December 2024 with regard to the delivery of the bed I had ordered from sleep 8 I wanted to confirm a date for delivery I must say she is an excellent asset to your company so kind helpful and tried her very best to deal with my request and I had a very good result I was so happy to have a delivery date and everything went smoothly I m sleeping ing my lovely new bed I am happy to say that from your agent in store a very nice knowledgeable helpful and patient young man whose name escapes me to Rebecca in customer service and the delivery bed builders my experience has been extremely positive and would whole heartedly recommend the company
