Elsa at Bluewater was excellent and very informative and patient However it was a real shame that the other staff were not so nice Admittedly we entered the shop at 7 30pm and started looking Elsa was great and said that there was no rush when I asked her what time the shop closed At 7 40pm she said it didn t matter as we were already in the shop and she was happy to help us Literally 5 mins later the other lady interrupted us to say that if we were to make a purchase today that we needed to make a decision quickly as they were closing and that ordering was going to take a while Suddenly we felt like we were rushed into making a decision and at that point I could tell that Elsa felt very embarrassed by the rudeness of the other lady We carried on looking for another 5mins and during that time the same rude lady stood watching us and looking at her watch At that point we decided to leave and made the decision that we would return the next day The shutters were already down and had to be lifted to let us out and feeling annoyed at the way we were treated I looked at my watch and it was only 7 50pm Not even 8pm and they were closing and lost a sale All the hard work that Elsa put in giving the best service was just whipped away in 10mins and unfortunately left such a bad taste that we feel that we don t want to return A sale lost what a shame

Unfortunately I find the pillow to large thick and is not malable enough for comfort under the head

Friendly staff but no ability to pay online unless by BACS and then send emailed proof of payment Credit card purchases can only be done in store 79 minimum delivery charge no ability to take home from any store Get these two things sorted and it would be great

The sale team was quite helpful and knowledgeable However the customer service team is just awful My order is late and I was simply told to wait another 2 weeks for a contact from a third part company No concrete update and staff was quite unfriendly

Marco the Upholsterer supplied by Sleep 8 was exceptional he dismantled the head board and reassembled it with skill 300 for his time was costly but the bed looks amazing in situ Unfortunately on unpacking the head board Marco uncovered a damaged corner Sleep 8 offered to assess and hopefully repair the damage during a call on the 29th of May We have chased Sleep 8 today 5th of April

Received the mattress nothing like the one tried in show room Perhaps a design manufacturing fault The mattress is too hard but not supportive One can feel the comfort layer however after 15-30 you feel the layer or the mattress begin sagging and not distribute your weight evenly You will feel hinderance of blood circulation and pain start built up 1 Too hard like sleeping on rock2 Comfort layer not supportiveLack of proper support wake up the next day you feel muscles contracted and more tired One of the worst mattress ever slept on

The company provides great service but their finance partner DivideBuy really let them down as it took over 1-month and dozens of emails for me to amend the delivery address

Really helpful staff

Apart from the crease in the topper from in being folded on delivery it s brilliant but it s disheartening when you just spent a lot of money on a product then being told you have to pay 80 for it to be delivered even though you are standing in the shop buying it because you want it there and then ask me again in a week and I ll let you know if it was worth it

Went in for bedding and did not have a sheet in the size I require in two of the shops a bit disappointed
