Great buying experience especially from delivery staff

What a great experience buying a bed from Sleep 8 has been Helpful store staff quality product The buying experience was topped off by the delivery team The bed was delivered by Jack Doyle and Stephen who my wife couldn t praise enough Due to an incorrectly labelled box installation was finished today by Ak and Ty who I can t fault in anyway with their outstanding customer service helpfulness and cheerie approach Highly recommend this company

Steve Jack and Dayle were brilliant really good communication letting us know when they would be arriving They were on time very efficient put the sofa together really quickly explained everything very polite Absolutely no complaints at all very happy thank you

Great staff for your perfect bedroom branch in High Wycombe was just great especially one of their member of staff HARSHPREET was just so kind and lovely person to serve me and help to choose my perfect bed and comfortable mattress and lovely bedsides tables I just love this shop Really recommended Aneta

The young men that delivered and built

The young men that delivered and built the bed were amazing Very careful and respectful The showed me how to take the sides off to wash how to lift and put down the bed for storage An excellent service Thank you

We were made very welcome at the sleep

We were made very welcome at the sleep 8 bluewater store by Emilija at the shop and she was very helpful after a lot of discussion we chose the Grether wells magnificent mattress can t wait for it to be delivered she also managed to get us a good price on it

Above expectations

I purchased a mattress in Sleep8 Bluewater on Saturday 3rd August The store lovely clean and inviting Sales guy - sold like a true salesman He knew his product offered us 3 choices of different values styles thickness etc Obv the luxurious one won hands down - pricey but it was on sale No hard push factual Today is Wednesday 7th - they called to say on way 20min away called again Initially they had the wrong size thought brilliant that s a delay tactic apologised profusely Went away and came back with correct mattress The 3 delivery guys friendly helpful - no complaints Very professional My experience with Sleep8 has been above expectations and would recommend

Steve Jack and Dale was very professional took their shoes off explained everything to me about washing the sides of the bed took all the rubbish away very polite and well mannered a credit to your company

stumbled across Sleep8 in Lakeside Shopping Centre and what a result Really nice quality products and perfect timing for what we were searching for Bought a really high quality sofa bed Marco and Farbreo did the honours of delivering so respectful to my house and the furniture Shoes off sofa didn t hit the walls couldn t be happier
