Beware ordering online
After seeing their neck massager recommended in the media it seemed the perfect Christmas present for my daughter so I set about ordering one online All started out fine but when I got to the checkout I saw that there were 3 in the basket as well as another item I hadn t clicked on So I quickly deleted the extra items making sure only one massager was in the basket and proceeded to pay When I got my invoice at the end I found to my dismay it took double payment and lo and behold there were 2 massagers ordered I assume a website issue Immediately I phoned the customer service line but had to leave a message on the answerphone detailing I only ordered and wanted one but had been charged for two For belt and braces I also emailed with the same information No response followed from either Two days later my order arrived containing one massager but invoiced for two I immediately called customer service again who issued a refund for one and said they had got my message hence only sending one but nobody had thought to contact me to reassure me but they had taken the payment before doing so My overall impression is I was glad of the fast delivery but very disappointed at the lack of customer service
