My first purchase but definitely not the last was an Advent Calendar 2023 The shipping was fast and if I had any questions Maria from the support team was very helpful and quick to answer everything The advent calendar box was huge and cute looking It had 24 smaller packages 22 snacks 2 drinks inside 24 binder clips and string to hang the packages up Decorating my home with this and the joy of opening a mystery package everyday was an amazing experience All the snacks and drinks were from different countries and personally I have never had any of them before Everything was great and most of the snacks were from well known brands too Definitely worth the price and I advise everyone to buy this for themselves or as a gift to someone

When I finally got the package I was very satisfied with the product Communication with the company was also very fast

Snackpilot boxes make a great gift The variety of snacks have been amazing and the information leaflets included are very handy too Maria and the staff have all been fantastic dealing with my queries quickly and efficiently I cannot fault them and would definitely recommend giving them a go

I Have to agree with people s comments here frist My other started very Bad was delayd and some boxes Even never Came and then lot off Back and foward emailing with The company But now it is going very Well very Happy with The costumer servise If someting IS up i do not know how many worker s are working there but often lady name Maria replay very nicely and fast Now the boxes come very fast not always but now yes After a big delay with country and America boxes they apologise on both boxes and gave a litlle sorry gifts and apologee letter After that they have come really fast and all has Been good and not broken item like before If someting missing or broken they Will give you discount on your next up coming box like 10 or 20 I do this for My kids they love try dirent Snacks in allmost every box they are at least one product that someone off gg5us do not like but IT IS normal allways there are something what someone do not like You can go for litlle trip with Snack pilot boxes cause you can not always travel but you can go for litlle trip with Snack pilot boxes and resipe and details about The country I say do not mind about comments writing about Snack pilot just try you Will Be suprised

I signed up then sadly was diagnosed with t1 diabetes As these boxes are absolutely bursting with sugary snacks I tried to cancel The customer service is so slow and say they will look into it but then don t get back to you After two months of badgering they have offered to reduce my subscription from 12 to 6 months but I have now had to pay for deliveries of items that are going to go straight in the bin which is a total waste It s a great idea and if circumstances had been different I d have been happy with the service so far It s just daft that they won t cancel a subscription though no one s fault it s just one of those things but there s absolutely no wiggle room at all

After 2 months we did not receive a box although we paid for it normally Contacted the customer service and were promised a compensation for the next payment and were informed that all the boxes would be delivered the following week Now that week has gone by and the box has not been even sent yet Really enjoyed the content of the boxes we did receive and the customer support replied really fast These are the only reasons I would even give 2 stars Clearly this company does not have the resources to deliver all the orders so I would not recommend ordering from then until they have the required resources Edit First time contacting the customer Support there was not any info about a bigger delivery issue The second time I contacted them there suddenly was an issue with getting the items from India There still is a big lack of communication towards customer Edit 2 The same issue seems to happening again The payments are always taken on time but 12th April I m still waiting my March box being sent Customer service does not help or send the box Again no information about delay until customer asks Suddenly there again is some known delay with items getting to their warehouse

I really wanted to love this concept I loved the first box - but then it went down hill The second box was just disappointing The products was boring and few Even some broken which I got a refund for I paid for my third box nearly two months ago And it s still not here Customer service is easy to reach and answer quickly But I can t really use the answer for anything I have written them again and again and all the say is sorry and some excuses I simply can t understand why they can t send an email to their customers about the circumstances They have all emails on those about to receive I m not in the choir of this is scam I m sure what they tell is true My critic is about the way they handle things That s just way below good customer service I sure hope they send a box filled with amazing things which I ve paid for to erase the bad feeling I have with the company All I ve received is a sorry and ton of bad excuses It would be amazing if the company was as effective as their Instagram guy is Feels a bit odd and off On the pro site there s fast email service

I signed up in April for a three month subscription for a birthday present for someone Since then I have been billed twice and received nothing I want to cancel my account but they will still bill me for the third box The customer service and set up is a joke and I m pretty sure it is all a scam They ve had trouble with the boxes and warehouses allegedly for three months and have not offered any refund or support I really regret signing up and urge everyone else not to make the same mistake

DONT ORDER I unfortunately subscribed for six months in may since that day I still haven t received anything They knew for the delay problem even before I subscribed but chose to hide that information from all their customers and all other people they could potentially scam in the future They are still deleting comments abou taking so many peoples money and cheating them I canceled the subscription for the next period so it doesn t renew itself after the 6 months pass but I wanted to cancel the ongoing subscription because i dont want to keep paying them and not getting anything I contacted their customer service which was the worst ever I guess under the fake name Maria there is so many different people who dont even bother to read my previous e-mails I had to explain the same thing so many times because she was manipulating and gaslighting me playing dumb and talking about a completely different thing and in the end we still couldnt solve anything

I ordered 4 different boxes to try out the differences between them I received them today and the boxes include the exact same things This is not what I ordered and I spent over 100 on this I tried to contact support without any help They say it s supposed to be like that But there s no information about that beforehand Like the american candy boxes is not even american candy I want my money back Don t order from this company SCAM
