They are selling best before products

AVOID I bought a USA box usually 20 I got 3 small packets of sweets one of them nearly a year EXPIRED a random Japanese drink and a pickle that exploded during shipping because they don t protect anything What a waste of money unsafe unsanitary no value whatsoever and not even the theme I ordered Do not buy from these people

They are selling best before products that they get cheap and sell to you as top notch snacks My first box contains products that are already expired and they don t tell you that where they get their products First order was wrong anyway so it went to waste because of expired food and no Country box It contained different products from different countries Not what I ordered

Shocking Absolutely disgusting service If you get a monthly box expect to get the same box repeatedly with very short dated food items Most recent box is currently a month late and customer service really just do not care Do not use this service

Unclear terms and conditions

If I could give 0 starts I would avoid this company unless you fancy boxes not turning up or spending a long time chasing to find out where the previous months boxes or even feee boxes are We signed up to a 3 month japan box with a free extra box on our first month this failed to turn up so had to chase and was finally sent but took over a week to arrive We then have been waiting for our Jan box with still no ETA and about to be billed for our final box Spent hours via messager and emails to get no real update I can t wait to be done with this company as the worst I have had to deal with for the process they charge Time to go back to snack verse at least you got different products and delivered on time

Waiting months for my order which never

I bought a three-month subscription and thought it was actually three months No after that it continued So I cancelled it which wasn t easy to figure out how to do and then I found out I was automatically renewed for three months more So now I have to pay for six months for this

Waiting months for my order which never arrived I ve tried my best to contact them but they never responded I haven t received a refund and my bank won t assist me DON T BUY FROM SNACKPILOT

Fake promotion and poor quality stuff

They took the money off me last month said it would be sent latest the 30th It was sent out on the 8th Still haven t received it No tracking to check on it either Then they the payment for my next one 3 days earlier than the last When I still haven t received my first box Worst experience with a company up ever Had high hopes but not anymore

Please do not order from them they keep

They have promotion on their website stating you get free box full of Kinder stuff but actually you get some random unknown crap that has expiration date 1 month from now Also every single thing in both boxes is candy full of sugar I sent them cancelation request after first box I do not recommend Only good thing is high quality packaging but that s not enough
