Do not order from Snackpilot

Please do not order from them they keep sending me invoices and packages even after I manually canceled the subscription and customer service aswell confirmed cancelation they are like a lice can t get rid of keep invoicing and throwing things down your throat After 6 months 3 were bought by me 3 were punched down my throat they canceled now they continue to charge me even after cancelation

Careful before you subscribe

Do not order from Snackpilot their customer service is useless and the website is broken It will keep charging you over and over money greed company I ve canceled my subscription back in March and sent them an e-mail yet I m still fighting for my rights and being charged for this bullshit Going to sue them if they do not comply soon

Don t buy anything

Terms and conditions are not clear It says you can cancel anytime - and you can - but the subscription will only be considered canceled after its period ends I stupidly subscribed for 12 months expecting I could cancel it in case the snacks weren t what I was expecting They re okay but not amazing and in my opinion not worth the money Decided to end the pricey snack subscription only to find I have to keep paying for the whole 12 months anyway Sounds like a scam Yup to me too so please be very careful before you subscribe to anything in this website

Bad customer service

I like the boxes a lot but terrible service I m currently stuck with two of the same subscriptions for 6 12 months bc of a technical mistake also the shipping receiving of the boxes is unreliable

I set up packages to arrive for 12 months Money is being deducted from my account regularly but last month we didn t even receive a package and they ve already taken my money for the next one What should I do There are no packages and the money is being deducted I emailed you and no answer

Recomend for just a month customer service was bad

The food was a little bit bad and the customer service was pretty bad I d recomend it just to buy for a month because it wasn t that good

Try USA and Japan ones not the country one

It was a really nice surprise on the USA and Japan boxes but I do think if you buy a country box I know you don t know what your getting but sending a spain one as the first one to spain and not only that sending a valencia one specifically to valencia is a bit stupid Otherwise had good some good things to try

I wrote before that they won t let you cancel the 12 month description but the customer service came through and made an exeption on which i am grateful As for the first box some items were really delicious and the quantity is really good for the price i will probably be taking another one in the future

From 1 to 4 stars

My previous review I gave 1 star due to the fact that they had promised a second package as well as the treats being afwul and late this is the review for the latest experience After some back and forth through mail they came through and sent the promised second package this package was american themed which turned out to be rather good I would say for the price you get a decent amount not too much not too little
