Communication from the outset was excellent We had an issue with the accommodation on arrival which was down to incorrect information from the resort The snowpack rep took all details i gave from a phone call were fully supportive took ownership of the issue and ensured we were fully re-imbursed we d already booked alternative I firmly believe they couldn t have foreseen this issue prior and had fully resolved things financially for us within 12 hours ensuring any stress was minimised They also informed us they were removing the accommodation from their site on the back of this complaint
