Quick and easy service the shop was clean and was a lovely layout however I just feel there could of been a bit more engagement from staff

No free delivery because it was a sale item

I didn t have to wait as it wasn t busy but I did have to seek help rather than them coming to me They left me to try shoes on on my own which is often great but I actually would have liked someone to talk to and to help me on this occasion

Would give this SoleTrader store a good review The customer service was good nothing above and beyond really but still helpful Store was very well organised and clean but choice of trainer brands is a bit lacking Overall good though

Best price I could find for the item Very quick delivery but having to pay for shipping even though I bought an item over 100 just because they were reduced left a bad taste

Very good range of quality products Well presented shop clean tidy etc nice environment Needed more staff had difficulties getting assistance due to busy shop but very helpful and courteous Well done

Friendly and helpful staff

Really pleased with my shoes though there was some sort of floor limit on the amount of an Apple Pay transaction First time I ve come across that in a shop - wasn t very convenient as I didn t have any physical cards with me

Order and deliver was smooth overall Little disappointed that next day delivery paid for did not happen since the timing was crucial Had to phone regarding refund of delivery cost which was done very promptly Perhaps when this does happen DPD and soletrader should be proactive rather than customer having to chase Helps greatly if you do Very happy with price and product

Bought a pair of Hugo Boss boots that I couldn t find elsewhere and they came the next day Fantastic communication and service Never used before so chose Klarna for my safety but won t hesitate to use again Definitely recommend
